Yoongi was stunned for a few seconds until he shook his head and followed his boyfriend with a smile on his face.

"Are you serious? Now it turns out that this woman is on our side?" Jin asked, dumbfounded.

Everyone had gathered in the apartment that Jin and Namjoon shared, as it had been the custom in the group for a long time.

"Well, that's what the message he left on Yoongi's gem shows," Jungkook explained.

"But it could be a trap. Perhaps what she wants is for us to act in a certain way so they have an advantage." Jimin chimed in, concerned.

Given the additional information they had discovered, Yoongi had no choice but to tell the rest what had really happened when he met Jungkook. To his surprise, the others weren't as surprised as Yoongi had hoped.

"Jin Hyung and Namjoon Hyung told us something was wrong with you, but they couldn't say anything. And then the alleged robbery happened."  Taehyung explained. "It seemed strange to us that the two things were related, so we thought that the robbery was to hide the truth of what had happened to you. We hoped you would tell us the truth, but time passed and you said nothing, and everything seemed to go well, so we thought that maybe the robbery was true."

Yoongi had been quick to apologize for keeping them out of the loop. He knew he had been wrong to hide the truth of what had happened from them, but he didn't want to worry them. He never realized that wanting to protect them ended up hurting them by keeping them on the sidelines, making them believe that he did not trust them. The boys recognized that it had bothered them and that they had felt a bit hurt, but once they heard the story, and knowing what Yoongi was like at that time, they understood that he had not done it with that intention, that he simply did not want to worry them.

"Haneul explained to us that her sister is not entirely a dark fairy, although she couldn't be described as a tree fairy either," Yoongi explained as he remembered what the fairy had told them. "It's like I'm in a limbo between the two classes. If I was a dark fairy, it wouldn't have saved me. Besides, she's looking for a way to get back to her sister's side, so she's probably just as interested as we are in us being victorious in this war."

"But we still can't quite trust her." Hoseok insisted. "I mean, she may not be a dark fairy at all, but it is a part of her."

"We all have a bad part. No one is completely good or bad, it all depends on which part you listen to the most. I see her more as an ally in the enemy ranks than as a true enemy. Considering the ease with which those fairies take out anyone who is an obstacle in their way, I highly doubt that she would have spared Yoongi Hyung to set us up." Namjoon suddenly said, who had remained silent since Yoongi and Jungkook had told them the recent news. "And if that was the case, I would have done it to have more contact with the tree fairies and gather valuable information to destroy them. There's no use setting us up if you can't watch our movements."

Everyone fell silent, some assimilating what Namjoon had said, others looking at him with their mouths open, as if he had just done a new magic trick.

"I hate it when he's right," Taehyung whispered.

"Ya," Hoseok confirmed. "He has that way of explaining things that makes you look like an idiot for not having thought about it before."

"Guys, that wasn't my intention ..."

"Maybe he was a detective in his other life. Yes, that must be it." Hoseok mumbled, turning a deaf ear to Namjoon's attempt to explain himself.

"Oooh! Like the one in the series, I'm working on now! It would look great as Detective Song, right?"

The two engaged in a discussion about the differences and similarities between the character and his friend. Beside him, Jimin shook his head as he rolled his eyes.

"Don't worry about them, Hyung. You know how they are." Jimin said with a wave of his hand. "But yeah, your argument makes sense. Either way, we'll find out about her true intentions once the time comes. Until then, we can only prepare. Does Yoonseul have any news?" Jimin asked Jungkook.

"She said he had an idea that might work, but she wouldn't tell me which one. She said he still had a couple of details to confirm before she could tell me."

Jimin just snorted. "Yeah, sure. When she'll tell you about it, everything will be finished and ready to go."

"Yes, I know." Jungkook sighed. "But we have no choice but to wait. It is not that we have much time, but I don't know or trust anyone who can help us in that regard."

"I understand you," Jimin told him. "Taehyung could help, but I'm afraid he's not as well known abroad as here."

They spent the rest of the afternoon as they usually did: enjoying each other's company and Jin's food. After filling their stomachs, they talked about whatever topic came to mind and watching a variety show where different celebrities talked about their biggest hits within the industry. A lot of people followed the program because they always had actors, models, singers, and all kinds of artists who were on everyone's lips.

When it got late, everyone started gathering their things to leave, agreeing that both Jungkook and Yoongi would keep them informed of any news, no matter how small. After saying goodbye, and leaving the apartment, the boys split up: Jimin and Taehyung with Hoseok and Yoongi and Jungkook.
