Quirk Type: Mutant
Quirk Description:
The quirk person has two long range cannons on their back, just like Blastoise from Pokémon.
Abilities:
- This mutant quirk gives two large long range cannons on the person's back.
- It shoot powerful blasts of energy at their target. This consumes stamina.
- The range of the cannons is up to 50 meters.
- Energy balls cause explosion on impact, dealing area of effect damage to the nearby people up to 3 meters.
Drawbacks:
- Takes one minute to recharge before the quirk person can shoot energy balls.
- Cannons are heavy, so the speed of quirk person is slower, though the range compensate for it.
- When the stamina is not enough to shoot energy balls, the cannons will not work.
- Very difficult to fight in small or enclosed areas.
- User constantly have to deal with small shoulder pain, while standing and the cannons are rested. This can be avoided by sleeping on the ground.
