Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk Description:
The user has access to a secret dimension and can store and take out water from that dimension. This is quite destructive ability if used to create floods.
Abilities:
- Can store huge amount of water in the secret dimension.
- If user is hydrated enough, then the user can store water faster. While storing the water user's hydration level decreases.
- This power can be used to stop floods or can even cause one.
- Useful to transport water from one place to another. Such as transporting water from rainforest areas to desert region.
- The user can even shoot water at people through the dimension.
Drawbacks:
- If user is less hydrated, then speed of water storage and retrieval is low.
- If user is tired, he/she cannot open the secret dimension.
- Considerable dehydration can make skin dry, rashes and sometimes itching.
