Just a Second
Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk Description:
Ability to stop the time for a second by saying "just a second".
Abilities:
- You can stop the entire world for just a single second by saying the words, "Just a Second".
- In that single second the quirk user can try to cover as much distance as possible to get away or get closer to the enemy.
- This ability will possibly allow you to evade bullets or shooting attacks though still you will just cover short distance to evade the bullet or shooting attack. Though You have to react quickly in such scenarios.
Drawbacks:
- Stopping the time for a second is not a great ability due to the limitation of "One Second".
- A speed based hero or villain, is immune to the effect of time stop.
