Body Part Blocker
Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk Description:
The user can touch any body part and the target loses sensation as well as usage of that body part for small duration. It is more like chi blocking, just like ban but requires touch. If the user learns martial arts then it will be quite difficult to beat them in close quarters.
Abilities:
- As soon as the user touches the body part of someone, that body part loses sensation.
- Multiple fingers increases the time it keeps the body part unresponsive.
- If that body part is touched again the timer is reset.
- Can touch multiple locations on the body to neutralise the opponent.
Drawbacks:
- The targets stays subdued for a minute.
- Can only neutralise one opponent at a time. If touched someone else, the previous person is free now.
- The more you use your touch, the more pain you feel after certain amount of time. Maybe after 20 hits, your fingers will start to feel the pain.
