Quirk Description:
The quirk person can touch body of water to turn it into ice.
Abilities:
- It can be used to freeze small to large bodies of water.
- It can freeze anything that contains water such as mud water, sea water, blood, etc.
- Water in the blood can be frozen to stop bleeding. It can also freeze sweat.
- Can throw water at the target and try to freeze water as soon as possible. The ice shard created by touch may penetrate the target's body and cause injury.
Drawbacks:
- It requires touch to start freezing.
- Larger the size of body of water, longer it takes to freeze the water. Usually it takes 1 minute to freeze area of 1 cubic meter.
- It is difficult to freeze moving bodies of water such as sea, rivers, etc.
- Trying to freeze water over long time will cause body temperature to rise, which can cause fever.
