Jax and I lay in bed for a while.

I'm wrapped in his arms and we're staring at the ceiling.

It dawns on me that he might know the answer to a question I have.

"Daddy.", I start. "Why doesn't Arielle have a dom?"

"She did, freshman year.", he tells me. "But it didn't work out."

"Why not?", I question.

"Because..", he sighs. "Arielle doesn't just like guys.. and because of this the headmistress had no idea who to match her with."

"So what happened?", I ask curiously.

"Well, Arielle's father knew deep down that she liked both guys and girls, but he kept trying to match her with only the guys at this school. He wouldn't allow the headmistress to match her with any female doms.", he states. "At some point- after having fifty different matches- Arielle gave up hope, and since her father owns the school he said she didn't need a match anymore."

The thought of this makes me sad.

I guess sometimes I don't realize how much goes on in other peoples lives.

Maybe I should make up with her?

But, then again, she did accuse me and Lana of stealing.

Maybe whatever is in that diary is really important.

I take a mental note to tell Lana about all of this tomorrow and go to sleep.
...
I see Daddy all dressed up in a fancy black suit.

He looks even more dashing than usual.

I take a closer look and notice he's dancing with someone.

She has beautiful brown hair.

But then he spins her and her hair turns gold?

No- wait- now it's a different girl.

And another.

And another.

And another.

Tears fill my eyes.

Who are all of these girls?

"Daddy!", I call out as an effort to get him to notice me.

"Oh, Iris.", he smirks.

Iris? What happened to flower?

"Who are these girls, Daddy?", I question folding my arms.

"Why darling, these are my littles.", he smirks.

L-littles?

"I'm your little!", I yell at him.

"No sweetie..", one of the girls chuckle. "You were his little. Now you've been replaced."

Replaced?

"No!", I scream.
...
"Flower!", Jax shakes me awake. "What's the matter?"

His eyes are filled with concern and I notice I was crying in my sleep.

"It was just a bad dream.", I breathe.

"Do you want to talk about it?", he asks me.

I shake my head no and he strokes my hair until I fall asleep.

When I get up the next morning, Jax decides my breakfast, my hairstyle, even my socks.

He walks me to class and kisses me goodbye.

When I see Lana, I tell her all about Arielle's past.

"That doesn't give her the right to accuse us of stealing things.", she sighs frustrated.

"I know. But maybe she just had a bad day- maybe she'll apologize.", I reply.

I ask her not to say anything about Arielle's past because it really isn't anyone's business.

She nods and we continue playing with toys while waiting for our teachers- until I ask her..

"Do you think Jax has ever had another sub?"
