EMERY.

I turn my head as I hear the front door to the hotel room open and I move my freshly shaved legs into a more comfortable position in the bath. The water drips down from my feet when I remove them from the water and place them back down.

"Emery." Cole calls, knocking on the door. "Are you in the bath?"

"Yep. Want to join me?" I ask before I can even think of the words. For once I don't mean it sexually. Just hop in and we can hang out.

"Uh... I don't think we have time for that, Emery. Just get out so we can go somewhere to eat."

I roll my eyes at him, hanging my head down on the steel back of the tub. "Just get your ass in here. We have time." I bend my knees up closer to me and I sit up looking at the door as I slowly and hesitantly opens. "Chill out Cole. You've seen it all before." I chuckle and he shakes his head as he closes the door behind him. He looks at his clothes when he removes them, never once looking up at me. "Cole. You can look at me. I don't care if you look at me." I mutter softly and he nods his head glancing up at me.

"I know." He nods his head, "just not used to looking at you without a reason. I want to be respectful."

I begin to laugh lightly, "well throw that out of the window. You're not gonna need it."

He lets out a small chuckle as he approaches the tub. His waist eye level. I can't help but ask, "and if... you want me to..." I begin lowly, pointing to my mouth. "Use this on that. Let me know."

He lets out a breath as he nods his head, stepping into the tub and sinking down into the warm water beside me. "I'm good for right now."

"Let's set the record for the first man to ever refuse me." I giggle and he huffs, his mouth turning down in a frown.

"Yeah, let's hope it's the last too because it sucks being refused, doesn't it?" He mumbles, shrugging his shoulders as if it's no big deal but I know exactly what he is referring to. I roll my eyes, glancing around the small bathroom. "Your bruises are gone."

I nod my head, smiling lightly. "Yeah, I'm glad too. People were giving me bitch looks."

"I'm sure they were just wondering what happened."

"They probably think you are the one who hit me since you were always with me. You should be glad they are gone too." Fuck, everyone and their nosy behavior. They don't know shit about me or Cole.
