"No, no you pressed the wrong key! It's supposed to be the low note not the high!"
Bomin flinched by the sudden correction of Dahyun, his instructor from his piano lessons and practice.
"It's been almost a week since we started learning this piece and you still can't get it right?! It's the easiest piece—"
Dahyun was cut off by a chaste kiss being planted on her lips by Jihyo, her girlfriend.
"Patience, My Love."
As the younger closed her eyes, tears started flowing down her cheeks as she slowly backed out, running through the door and leaving the room.
Jihyo sighed as she watch her girlfriend disappear before focusing her attention on Bomin, Dahyun's student as of the moment.
"Hey, Buddy... I apologize on behalf of Ms. Dahyun. She hasn't been feeling well recently so I hope you understand, I'll talk to her about this, okay?"
"Maybe I just really don't belong here that's why Hyun Noona was angry..."
The older of the two softened as she crouched down to match the little boy's sitting height, with a smile on her face, she held both Bomin's shoulders.
"You have the potential, Buddy... it's just that you were nervous and afraid to fail, which is I must say, common for anyone. But hey, We, your teachers are here to guide you and be with you along your path to success, keep that in mind, okay?"
Encouraged, Bomin smiled as he hugged Jihyo who gladly gave in and hugged him back.
"Let's call it a day now, I heard from your Mom that you will have a family dinner so let's go, I'll accompany you to them."
Accompanying Bomin to his parents and briefly explaining what happened, she waved them goodbye and watch them disappear from her sight before going back inside, walking straight to their small office room where she found Dahyun on the corner, arms wrapped around her knees as the latter cry.
"Bomin said that he'll work hard even more to make you proud on your next practice with him..."
"Just replace me with anyone else, I don't want to hurt his feelings again, earlier were already enough— no, too much even."
Heaving a sigh, Jihyo walked to her and sat closely next to the younger, knees tucked under her.
"It was an accident earlier, Love. You didn't mean bursting out all of a sudden. Give it another chance, Bomin really wants to make it up to you for always messing the chords. He doesn't want any other instructors either, he wants you."
"I'm not worth for him—"
"Remember when we first met? I was your student too back then. You were my instructor before we became girlfriends."
It was a sunny afternoon back then, Jihyo stood outside the Piano Lessons Room as she stare at the paper she was holding, containing informations about this Piano Lessons she was about to take.
She doesn't really know what pushed her to even be interested about this.
Sure, piano is really enchanting to hear but...
"I'll buy you pizza— oh! Hi there!"
Jihyo jumped a little from shock when a girl suddenly came out of the room, almost bumping her if not for another girl pulling her back.
"Do you have any Piano classes today? You seem new to me..."
"N-No... actually, I just got interested about this when a flyer got handed on me."
