"You seemed to be going alone here these past days..."

Jihyo looked up and meet a pair of warm eyes and smile looking at her, it was infectious.

The barista was the usual girl to serve her orders everytime she would come by the coffee shop, placing her orders on her table as she hugged the empty tray.

"I don't seem to get your point there... Mina."

She gazed at the barista's tag and found her name indicated there, Mina, an unusual name for someone working in SK's best coffee shop.

Turns out the girl was actually Japanese.

"You used to go here together with your girlfriend but these days, it's just you..."

The girl's statement made her even more confused, far from getting her point.

Girlfriend?

Since when did she even had a girlfriend?

She's not into girls, but into guys rather.

"I... I don't have a girlfriend."

"Oh... so the girl you're always with isn't— I'm so sorry, I just thought that—"

"It's okay, Mina-ssi."

The said barista frowned but forced a smile before nodding her head and with slumped shoulders, she carefully left and went back to the counter.

She shouldn't have meddled with the girl.

She should've just kept her mouth shut.

Once Mina left, Jihyo already got her point.

She was pertaining about someone.

Someone she used to go with in this place.

Mina has a point.

They used to go here together...

But it's just only her now.

"I told you we should stop drinking coffee! It's not good for our body, Yoo Jeongyeon!"

The older just shut the younger up by putting her hand on her face, practically covering it whole which made her irrirated and swat her hands away.

"Welcome to Safe Haven Coffe Shop, what can I serve you for today?"

One flawless and elegant barista came in their view and they wouldn't deny the fact that for a second, they were srartrucked by the beauty in front them.

The girl had her warm smile plastered.

"I'll just have some chocolate milkshake and a slice of blueberry velvet, please."

It was Jihyo who recovered first and told her order, the barista typing it on the machine as she looked back at Jeongyeon, waiting for the girl to say her order.

Jihyo rolled her eyes as she smack Jeongyeon's head, causing the latter to be brought back in trance as she hissed, glaring at Jihyo.

"Don't be too obvious, she needs your order."

"I-I'll just have the s-same with her."

A face of disgust came in view coming from Jihyo as she looked at her best friend stuttering for... the first time as she might say.
