bony and arya get ready to leave for the firm as today they had to meet anirudh and confirm their undertaking  ....

both the girls leave on their way through the british cart 

while they were passing by the road they saw a girl crying vigorously, as she is beaten up by a lady seeming to be her mother .

 bony and arya ask the cart driver to move towards the spot , and both get down the cart .

bony rushes fastly towards them and holds the stick by which 

the lady is beating the girl

bony- aap ise kyu mar rahi hai  , aap dekh nhi sakti kya us choti si bachiko kitna dard ho raha hai 

lady - dard ho raha hai , to hone do ,ise nhi kaha tha khelne ke liye ghar se bahar niklne ke liye phir bhi isne ek na suni isliye ise pit rahi hu , aur aap kon hoti hai mujhe bolne wali 

bony - mein koun hu ye jankar aap kya karlengi , aur vaise bachi ko khelne se kyu roka aapne 

lady - are iski shadi hone wali he kuch hi dino main aur ise asie khelne do kya main 

bony - ye aap kya bol rhi hai , iska vivah hai , aise kasie ho sakta hai 

lady - kya aap bahar se ayi hai , pehnave se to yaha ki hi lagti hai , aur iskA vivh kyu nhi ho sakta 

bony - ha iska vivah ho sakta hai pr abhi nhi , ye abhi choti hai , aur baal vivah ka kanun to ban chuka hai kai salo pahele to aap ye apradh kasie kar sakti hai 

lady - shayad aap yaha nayi hi hai , baaal vivah radh hua hai , aur ye abhi bachi thodi rahi pure 13 saal ki hogyi hai , ghodi ho gayi hai ab ye , isliye ise khelne se roka , aur main koi apradh nhi kar rahi , ab aap hamare bich nahi hi pade to bhetar hoga mem sahab 

bony - suniye toh , meri baat to suniye aap yesa kaise kar sakti hai 

bony tried to say but the lady take the girl forcefully from there by clutching her wrist tightly and the girl was sobbing due the pain giving by her mother or may be the fate of her .

the whole way bony and arya was silent , the silence prevailed indicating the emerging storm .

arya pov 

i know after she had seen the lady beating the child enormously , what bony had felt , i know we all can see everything and cop up with it though but she , she never get to that , i know now also she is thinking of her , and when that lady told her that her marriage is fixed , she was helll shocked , i just cant decipher how would she be going through , as i had been her friend no best friend ii know she has recall everything of her marriage , may be she is thinking something for her , please god bless her , it seems like the silence befoore the storm just the sea .

today when i saw that lady beating her so harshly i was not able to control my self , how can she be so harsh for her own child , i asked her the reason and the reson just shocked me to the core how could it happen , i had broken my marriage so that chold marriage act should be established and accepted by the society then what had happened that this child marriage was not illegal , as she is said that she is not commiting any crime and how boldly she just take her away , , it seems something is there which is not known by me , how can child marriage act get demolished , no this doesnt had happened or else skha babu had told me about it . i today will surely ask him the reason for this ,but still my brain and mind are fightiing , do my sacrifice had wasted , did i lose evrything , what had happened after my departure  , i wanted my answers and i will get it only by one person .....
