I know, you all know what an anxiety and panic disorder is, most of us might have gone through it and overcame it or still going through it.
For the past two months, it has hooked me so badly, and I was asked to stop doing thing that stresses me so much, even things i love for my health sake, been trying to cope with school and the distress this has been causing, swears its not been easy.
