AN: okay. So I kinda forgot that I had Jo Meet her mom in the first part to this story... we're just gonna pretend that never happened. I deleted the part where she did in the first story. So if you don't know what I'm talking about right now. Congratulations. This will be less confusing for you :)

(2 and a half years later)

(Jo and Alex are now in the middle of their senior year)

(It's almost Christmas time)

(Alex is dropping Aaron and Amber off at school)

(He turns around in the car before they get out and walk into the school)

Alex: So J- nope. I'm gonna pick you up from Lacrosse. Aaron. You're going over to Lucas's house after school. I'll pick you up after I leave Jackson's house.

Aaron: I'm gonna stay overnight

Alex: Are his parents okay with that? I thought they didn't like sleepovers on school nights?

(Aaron and Amber look at each other)

Aaron: It's Friday

Alex: Right. sorry

(The school bell rings)

(Aaron opens the door and slams the door)

(Alex talks out the window)

Alex: I'll get you tomorrow, text me when you want me to pick you up

Aaron: okay.

(Aaron walks into the building)

Amber: I thought Jo was picking me up from practice?

Alex: No. I am.

Amber: Well is she coming to my game tomorrow? It's at-

Alex: Amber! Go to school!

Amber: dang. Someone's in a mood.

Alex: Sorry... Sorry. I um- I wouldn't get my hopes up.

Amber: oh... Are you guys okay?

Alex: You're gonna be late.

Amber: Yeah...

(She gets out of the car and goes to his window)

Amber: Are you coming to my game tomorrow?

Alex: I-

Amber: Working?

Alex: Amber I'm sorry.

Amber: It's okay... I'll see you after school.

Alex: See you!

(He yells as she walks into the building)

(A few hours later)

(Jo is skipping Lunch with Stephanie to Avoid seeing Alex)

Steph: Well can I at least ask you why? I mean you two are THE couple at East High. everyone knows Alex and Jo.

Jo: I don't want to talk about it Steph. And there is no more "Alex and Jo".

(She mumbles walking through the hall)

(Stephanie turns so she is walking backwards down the hall facing Jo)

Steph: I'm missing lunch, my favorite class of the day, so we don't see him. Why is that?
