BLACKPINK's Aster attended her first Cannes Film Festival!
A day before the opening of the Cannes Film Festival week, Aster was seen in France together with Italian fashion designer Donatella Versace out on a dinner. 2 weeks earlier, Aster was hanging out and meeting supermodel best friend Gigi Hadid and her daughter. She then flew to France with her team for the event.
On July 6, Aster appeared on the red carpet of the Palais des Festivals flaunting a piece from Atelier Versace's Fall Winter 2019 collection. Aster elegantly and confidently bore a lustrous two-piece gown and accessorized it with a pair of earrings and stacked rings from Daniela Villegas and gold satin heels from Ralph and Russo.

The idol also attended the Chopard event, now picking a piece made by Gucci. Aster is featured in a deep-v beige lace and fur top with a pair of silver shimmering diamond pants from Gucci and Balenciaga's "team-up" collection. The outfit is finalized with a pair of multi-layered teardrop chandelier earrings and a big diamond necklace both from the event's host.

She also attended the screening of the French spy comedy film "OSS 17: From Africa With Love" not just as a special guest but also as the South Korean actor and cast member of the movie "Emergency Declaration" Lee Byung Hun's 'date'. The two have been known to be friends through Aster's mother, the male actor also helping the super-idol's career in the first years. For the event, Aster matched the actor's navy blue suit with a classic yet sparkly iconic silver 1995 Gianni Versace gown and rhinestone sandals from Rene Caovilla. The look was accessorized with a pair of pink sapphire and diamond earrings and their matching ring.

Aster also appeared at the premiere night of the South Korean film "Emergency Declaration" on July 16. This time, she went with elegance and luxury for her look. Aster wore a white halter body-fit gown with a big bow in the back from Ralph and Russo's Fall 2020 collection then accessorizing it with yellow and colorless diamonds from Chopard and white pumps from Sergio Levantesi.

Since then, Aster has already caught the eyes of the audience and the important people in the fashion industry, modeling for big international brands as well as for designers in Korea.
