"Cheers!" Sabay sabay nilang pinagbunggo ang hawak na wine glass habang may naglalakihang ngisi sa kanilang mga mukha.

Sabay sabay din nilang nilagok ang laman na red wine nito at ninamnam ang kakaibang saya na hatid nito sa kanila.

"Albert Schartner... I didn't expect that at all, Lyanna. That was a great move!" Papuri ni Gaspar.

Nagtaas ng isang kilay ang nakasuot ng hapit na bestidang si Lyanna at makahulugang ngumisi.

Nagkibit balikat ito. "You know how invested I am in this war. I would make a grand entrance."

"Indeed," nakangisi ding sagot ni Dom. "Our first attack is deserving for a slow clap. I mean, at first I was hesitant about the ambush method because Clade Ivanov is already experienced in that... But when you said it was for Albert Schartner, I realized you were born for this, sister."

Mahinhing humalakhak si Lyanna. "Of course. I wasn't born weak, brother."

Maligayang napasandal sa kanyang upuan si Dom. "I told you, he will be a good asset to us. Has he sent us a response already? About our offer of alliance."

"But who do you think tried to save that Albert Schartner? We didn't expect that. He almost ruined our plan." Matalim ang matang tanong ni Lyanna.

"Who cares? He was still unsuccessful. The poor old man is already buried six feet underground." Natatawang saad ni Dom.

"Yeah." Sang-ayon ni Gaspar. "We even made some noise in his funeral. Although it was a shame that we had to retreat. They had many men and even snipers!"

Namutawi sa pulang silid ang nakakabinging tawa nila.

Saglit na nag-isip si Dom. "Our end goal is to confront Clade Ivanov with our allies on our backs. That will challenge his competency and even his credibility as a leader to his own group and their Russian organization. And that will be our chance to get the justice we want... The past few weeks, I've been trying to make a move against him on my own, but his other enemy already did the possible attacks to take him down that's why I was unsuccessful. That fucking Ivanov is already used to those attacks. So, now, Lyanna, I will let you make your move this time. I know you will not disappoint me."

Tinumbasan ni Lyanna ang malaking ngisi ng kapatid. "I surely won't, Dom. My girls and I are all prepared too. But for now, I will move on my own first. I will break their hearts before we get Clade Ivanov."
