Y/N POV
I woke up in a cold swear, I checked my phone only to notice that it was around 2am and I'd only slept half an hour. With a sigh I got up and grabbed some water... I always struggled sleeping, especially when I get intrusive thoughts. Those are always a pain. I don't like sleeping much because I always have nightmares, so I don't sleep and when I do it's not for long. I sit on the sofa and look at my missed messages, noticing I had a few from gogy

'you still up?'

'I'll take that as a no, I'll be here if you Wake up'

I noticed George sent the message only a few minutes ago, I decided to message back

'yea I was asleep, awake now though, don't think I'll go back to sleep'

I turn off my phone and get up toward the bathroom to brush my teeth. I don't honestly know why but I knew I probably wouldn't be eating breakfast in a while.
As I was waiting on the couch I looked back on previous messages, George helped with this often and I helped him not sleep to much, I laughed lightly before hearing a knock at the door. I opened it to notice George with his hair messy and pillow still in hand, he smiled at me and I let him in.
"How're you George?"
" Tired, but I'm willing to stay up, so do you wanna play Mario cart? "
"Sure"
He got annoyed when he lost, to be fair I would be to, in the last lap he was so close to the finish line when a blue shell hit him, letting me win as I was in second. He set the controller down and hit me gently with the pillow, me returning the hit but a bit harder, we seemed to go back and forth until we got up and started running around, we were messing around and having fun.
After a while we stopped and sat on armchairs, calming down but I didn't notice that I fell asleep
George POV
I looked at Y/N, noticing he'd fallen asleep, I started to clean up a bit, Y/N was never good at sleeping and I thought it'd be nice for him to have less work to do. After I cleaned up, I put the controllers away, I looked at the time and noticed Y/N fell asleep around 4am and that it was around six now, he hadn't slept that long in a while and it was nice to know. I decided to pick him up to put him in his room as he probably wasn't comfortable sleeping in an armchair.
As I placed him down he grabbed onto my sleeve, pulling me down, his eyes opened I tad
"Please, stay"
He re-closed his eyes and I climbed in bed next to him with little to no complaints as I was also tired and I didn't want him waking up for good, he turned and hugged me, already back asleep...

Y/N POV
I woke up feeling warm and calm, normally I feel the exact opposite. I tried moving to see an alarm clock but stopped noticing an arm wrapped around me, I looked up to see George sleeping peacefully and the alarm clock behind him. I saw it said 11am. For the first time in a while I'd slept reasonably well
"... Morning Y/N, how'd you sleep?"
" really well, thanks George"
"Anytime..."
He yawned and proceeded to go back to sleep, me joining him. I think I finally found out how to sleep well at last.
