My eyes flickered open slowly as my whole body started to ache. It was dark, all I could see where the outlines of furniture and machines in the room.
"Good, your finally awake" a voice says as i start to see the figure walking closer and closer to me. The lights switch back on and my eyes take a few moments to adjust to the new lighting. My eyes are nearly finished adjusting when my head is locked in a machine. First i look at the man in front of me as he sniggers then I look to the side to see another older man. "Please, don't do this!" I scream as a mouth guard is shoved in my mouth.
"Do it! Do it now!" The man in front of me screams.
Still looking at the man at the side of me he mouths sorry as he presses the button.
I begin to scream in pain as all the things inside my head begin to mush together like they were put in a blender.

Just like that i jolt up breathing heavily as the sweat is poring of off me. I turned on the lamp next to me and let my eyes adjust to the light. My eyes met with the clock on the wall it was 2 am. I toke a deep breath and tried to comprehend what just happened. Was it just a dream? Or was it a memory?. I thought about how this was the 3rd vivid dream I've had this week and how I always seem to wake up around 2am. And the same man, the one who apologised he was always there talking to me or lurking in the shadows. I shrugged it of turned of the lamp and went back to sleep. I needed more rest
