Athanasia was a morning person. Lucas was not. So every morning, when the two wake up, it usually goes like this.
"Lu, let go."
"Noo..."
"Lu, please. I need to get ready for work."
"Five more minutes.."
"Lucas. You are adorable but please let me fucking go."
"Hnnnggghhh- fineeee."
The magician let go of the princess, finally allowing her to stand up and prepare for the day.
When she returned he had taken up the entire bed.
"Lucas, I'm going to go work. Okay?"
"Okay.."
Lucas blinked sleepily, looking up at Athanasia. "Come back soon Athy, mkay..?"
Athanasia's gaze softened. "I will."
Lifting a bit of Lucas's hair, Athanasia softly kissed his forehead.
"What- Lucas?!"
The action had caused Lucas to drag Athanasia back into bed, clinging onto her.
"You gave me kisses, so now your stuck."
"Luucass!" Athanasia was blushing, equal parts happy and angry.
"Nuh-uh. Sorry, but your stuck with meee."
Athanasia sighed. "I guess I have no choice."
They snuggled together for the next 15 minutes.
