Screaming without words (I'll hear you anyways)

Athanasia is dating a mind reader. Problem is she isn't aware Lucas is a mind reader.

Basically the plot of twilight except Lucas can actually hear Athy's mind. Falls in love with her anyways. He's also not a mind reader he's just qUiRky.

Athanasia has a wonderful, albeit overprotective, boyfriend.

It always seems that he always knows what Athanasia needs. Whether it be a certain food, if she needed a hug, or if she was in an uncomfortable situation.

She mentions this one day.

"It's kinda funny."

"What is?"

"That you always know what I need." Like a mind reader.

Lucas drops the plate he was holding- before blinking and chuckling.

"Sorry, I just didn't expect you to be saying something so nice. Sweet, even."

Athanasia giggled. "Sorry for startling you."

I love you.

"I love you, Athy." Lucas smiled, the panic in his eyes fading away, unseen by the girl.
