Pranbir: His redemption

Part 20

Ranbir handed the secretary his phone when Prachi came there. She was also on the phone. She handed him the phone.
Aryan wished Ranbir.
Aryan, happily:'I am coming there.'
Ranbir:'Really?'
Aryan nodded:'how can I miss my bro's birthday and award ceremony? But what's wrong with your phone?'
Ranbir:'No idea.'
Aryan:'Well, it's good. At least it kept your record. Prachi wished you first this year as well.'
Ranbir smiled and looked at Prachi who was avoiding him.
Arbir continued talking about random things.
Ranbir:'Bro, should I wait for you for the cake cutting?'
Aryan:'why? be patient, bro.'
Ranbir, teasingly:'I am patient but your sister isn't as it's chocolate cake.'
Prachi glared at him.
Aryan, smilingly:'You cut it now itself, shouldn't let my sister wait for chocolate.'
They both laughed mocking her.
Prachi took the wooden spoon and threw it on Ranbir. He dodged it.
Aryan:'It's good that i am not there, otherwise I would received that.'
Prachi signed him to wait until he reached here.
Aryan:'Bro, cut the cake, chocolate will calm her down.' They both laughed.
Prachi looked away annoyed.
Aryan:'Ok, ok. Sorry my beautiful sister. Ranbir, you also apologise.'
Ranbir:'Ok, sorry my beautiful wife.'
She looked at him surprised. They have an eye-lock.

Aryan amusingly shook his head.
Aryan:'Come on now, cut it.' Ranbir brought the cake to the hall and called everyone present there. The EM, nurse, Ranbir's secretary and other workers who came to help for the event.
The EM filmed everything on Ranbir's saying. He wanted to show Dida.
He cut the cake and moved to Prachi first. He lovingly fed her the cake and she also ate it. He proceeded to feed the others.

After the cake cutting, Ranbir went to his room and he sent the video to Dida with his new phone.
He was looking at the outfit that his secretary selected for the event when Prachi came there angrily followed by the secretary.
There was a saree in her hands and she threw it on his bed.
Ranbir, perplexed:'What happened?'
Prachi signed him what was this pointing to the saree. Ranbir was still clueless.
He asked the secretary again.
S, nervously:'Sir, I just gave ma'am her matching clothes for the ceremony but she got angry.'
Ranbir facepalmed himself.
Ranbir:'Did I tell you to give her a dress?'
The secretary nodded no.
Ranbir:'then?'
S:'sorry Sir, I thought ma'am will come with you that's why I arrange the matching clothes.'
Ranbir:'It's ok. You go, I will handle this.'
He left worriedly.

Ranbir took the saree and observed it
Ranbir, trying to lift up the mood:'It is pretty...'
But Prachi looked away.
Ranbir, sighing:'He knows that you are my wife, that's why he got it. He thought you will come with me.'
He took her hands while she looked at him as she startled by his touch.
Ranbir:'Although I do want you there....'
She looked on as he continued.
Ranbir:'i want the reason for which I started this business to be there with me. But I won't force you. If you come, it will be by your own wish.'
He handed her the saree.
Ranbir:'You will look gorgeous in this saree.'
He left from there. Prachi looked at the saree in her hands.

Ranbir was with his team in the hall when Aryan came there. The two brothers happily hugged each other. Aryan playfully nudged Ranbir and congratulate him for the award.
Prachi also came there and happily hugged Aryan. The latter looked at her surprised but then turned happy.
Aryan:'Prach, did you finish all the chocolate cake?'
She nodded no.
Aryan:'Then, I should eat my share quickly.'
The boys laughed but Aryan received a cushion on his face.
EM:'You totally deserved this, you boys have been troubling my Baccha since morning.'
Aryan:'We have full right.'
He fist bumped with Ranbir.
Prachi signed him that she will bring his share of cake. And she went inside.

Aryan turned to Ranbir:'Good going.'
He saw the questioning look on Ranbir's face. He pointed in Prachi's direction.
Ranbir was still confused.
Aryan:'Your efforts are not in vain. I can already see the changements in her.'
Ranbir, surprised:'Really?'
Aryan nodded:'She has a different sparkle around you. But do not hurt her anymore, I will punch you myself this time.'
Ranbir:'I won't.'
Aryan:'Is she coming tonight?'
Ranbir:'I don't think so but I really wished she does.'
Aryan hugged him in reassurance. And looked at Prachi. The trio spent time together and then they all started to get ready for the event.

Everyone was ready in the hall and Ranbir was pacing around in the hall.
His team, Aryan and the EM were watching him.
EM, whispered to Aryan:'Why is he so tensed?'
Aryan:'He is waiting for Prachi. His heart and his eyes always seek her, in every situation.'
S:'Sir, we need to leave now.'
Ranbir glanced at the stairs one last time.

Ranbir, to himself:'She is not coming.'
S:'Sir...'
Ranbir:'Yeah, we... we should leave.'
They were heading towards the door but Ranbur stopped. He turned back and saw Prachi on the stairs. He was spell-bound by her beauty. He got lost in her beauty as she climbed down the stairs. He took a deep breath looking at her. They were really matching, he was in an all black outfit and her as well in a black beautiful saree. She was looking exceptional.

Aryan looked on smilingly and came to Ranbir.
Aryan, whispered to him:'You can thank me later on and you owe me one.'
Ranbir side hugged him.
Prachi joined them.

Aryan:'All set to go now, Ranbir?'
He nodded yes.
EM:'Baccha, you don't worry about here.'
Prachi nodded and they left.

At the venue:
They reached and Ranbir's team went to their different tasks. Ranbir remembered how he told his family that he will meet them before the ceremony.
Ranbir:'Aryan, you stay with her, I will meet everyone and come back.'
Aryan nodded yes.
Prachi signed something to Ranbir.
Ranbir:'Dida?' She nodded.
Ranbir:'I will bring her.'
He left from there.
Aryan, cheerfully:'Sister, let's check what chocolately food they have.'
Prachi smiled a bit at him and forwarded her hand to him. The sibling duo went to check the buffet.

Aryan, in his thoughts:'Prachi is smiling after so long, I was right, only Ranbir could bring back his Chikchiki.' He was happy for both of them and hoped that they mend their relationship. He knows that Ranbir knew the entire truth now and Prachi also showed him the video earlier.

Well, i just wanted to make an appreciation message for Prachi in the show. We wanted Strong Prachi for a long time and we are getting it. Don't know how long it is going to last but let's appreciate it for now. Loving her savage replies but actions need to be taken now. I hope we will see her strong actions against Rhea soon.

Some of you wants happy Pranbir and some want Ranbir to suffer more for his behavior.
