Pranbir: His redemption

Part 60

Purab:"i went with Prachi to the hospital while they came back. They needed to bring Rhea's truth out."
Aryan:"there was no autopsy going on but Prachi's surgery.
She had a deep wound on her head. Surgery was required. That's why we couldn't even bring her here."

Abhi:"but telling us she was dead, Purab? That's was way beyond it."
Purab:"Rhea would have try again if she knew that Prachi was ok.
We couldn't risk anything."

Dida:"enough now. The good thing is that Prachi is alive. And Rhea is in jail, getting what she deserved."

They heard some noise outside.
Aryan:"Ranbir brought Prachi."
They all watched at Pranbir who were at the doors.

They looked at a sleeping Prachi who was in Ranbir's arms. They all noticed the bandage around her forehead and on her ankle.

Pragya came to them. She lovingly caressed Prachi's cheek.
Ranbir:"she is sleeping because of medicinal effects. Don't worry."
He gave her small smile. She also was happy.

Pallavi, emotionally:"will you stay at the door itself? Bring her in."
Ranbir smilingly nodded. He came in and directly took her upstairs.

He placed her on the bed and covered her with the blanket. He noticed her hands tightly holding his shirt and smiled.

Everyone noticed it and a smile came automatically on their faces.
Pragya:"you stay with her and rest. We will come later on."
Ranbir nodded and everyone left from there.

After everyone left, he looked at her sleeping peacefully.
Ranbir, emotionally:"you don't know how i felt when once again the doctor told me that you were critical.
I thought i lost you again.
But i forgot that my Prachi is strong, she needs her Ranbir as much as Ranbir needs her."
He leaned in and kissed her forehead. He recalled what the doctor told them in his cabin.
The doctor told him that they nearly lost her at one point.
But she fought hard. And finally succeeded.

He also laid down next to her and slept for a bit.

After a few hours:
Ranbir woke up and saw Prachi still sleeping. But he had to go down, so he went to wash his face and went down.

He was surprised seeing the decorated hall and everyone was busy.
Ranbir, confused:"what is going on?"
Pragya:"for Prachi... a small celebration that she is fine."

Aryan:"but Prachi doesn't know anything about what we did until now."
Abhi:"most important thing is that she is fine."
They all nodded.

Ranbir:"but doctor said she needs full bed rest because of her ankle and not to let her get tired."

Aryan:"don't worry, bro. We will handle it."
Purab:"yes and Prachi deserves all their love."
Ranbir nodded at them and then proceeded to help them.

Pragya quickly stopped him:"no, no. You are going to her as it's your responsibility to bring her down. Go, go."
Ranbir:"Maa, she is still sleeping, i can help."
Pragya glared at him while he looked away quickly.

Pallavi, chuckling:"go upstairs now."
Ranbir rushed upstairs.

When he came in the room, he saw Prachi trying to take the glass of water.
He sprinted towards her and took the glass.
Ranbir:"i will make you drink."
She drank from his hands silently.

Ranbir:"how are you feeling?"
Prachi:"it's paining...." She held her head.

Ranbir:"Yeah, doctor said to give you painkillers but you got to eat first. I will bring something."
He tried to go but she didn't let him. She held his hands.
Prachi, cutely:"don't go."
Ranbir nodded lovingly and asked her if she needed something. She nodded yes.
Ranbir, caring:"what do you want?"
Prachi:"just hug me."
