The next time Byeol wakes up, it was the vibration of her phone who pulls her away from her dreamless sleep. The soft glow of the sunrise casting through the window as she fishes for her phone in her pocket, turning off her alarm that she had set when she woke up at the middle of the night because of the snarls from the outside.

While the others snacks on the some of the food she had brought so they could fill their stomach, Byeol just stares ahead as she was still half-asleep and exhausted. It doesn't help that the morning breeze is cold and the silence keeps lulling her back to sleep.

"Until when are we going to stay here? The food won't last long and the water is not enough for all of us to even last two days. The rescue might not come because of the situation outside," said Nam-ra calmly as their topic went from division of food to their next move.

"Are you saying we should go out, or... are you saying that we'll going to die anyway so we shouldn't even bother doing anything?" On-jo asks the Class President.

All of them wait for their Class President's response, "I don't know."

"If you don't know, then just don't say anything," Jimin snapped at her.

"I think Pres means that we should think about anything else we can do, right?" Su-hyeok tries interpreting her sentence.

"No." Nam-ra answers shortly.

"No?" Su-hyeok aks sheepishly.

"We don't know that much. We need to know something before we can make plans." she explains.

"What do we need to know?" There's something on Jimin's tone that makes Byeol's blood pressure to rise as she finally wakes up.

"What the President means---"

"You don't know anything too about what she's saying." Jimin cut him off.

Byeol cannot help but to roll her eyes, "Jimin, it already came from you. If you don't know, then just don't say anything."

"Are you saying we need to understand the situation in order to take action?" Cheong-san suddenly blurted out, his sentence directed to Nam-ra.

The class president nodded, "Yes, that's close."

"Well, I totally agree with that," Cheong-san nodded, "We need to know more information to decide whether to wait, run, or get out."

"What can we find out on this situation, and also, how?" Dae-su voices out his question.

"We can check it online through a cellphone." Cheong-san answers.

All of them turned to Byeol who sheepishly shakes her head, "I've just checked, there's still no signal which is strange. I also have only 23% left on my battery and I forgot to bring a charger."

Since the phone were handed to her last minute and was already set up, it didn't cross her mind that she will be needing a charger.

"In the teacher's office." Cheong-san stated, standing up to walk towards window. He jumps up the ledge, looking outside, "Two rooms across and one floor down is the teacher's office."

"Stop, don't go." On-jo sternly chided him, not really ready yet for another friend of hers to die.

"I don't know, that's a suicide mission, Cheong-san ah. My phone losing its signal all of a sudden is strange, it might be intentional." said Byeol, not really into this suggestion.

"Are you suggesting that they might've cut off our signal intentionally?" Su-hyeok asks to which Byeol shrugs.

"If I can't make it, I'll just come back. It's worth the shot," Cheong-san shrugs, "Don't worry about me."
