Do you think places ever miss us, like we do them?
Do you think that spot by the road where you stop to watch sunsets thinks,
‘ Where is she today? Is she okay? Does she miss me? She should be watching this sunset, it is really beautiful. ’?
Do you ever think that maybe you are your favourite's place, favourite person?
Maybe when you are there, it's at its happiest?
Maybe when you are there it feels appreciated.
It has learnt to recognise your coming by your scent,
You may be steps away from it but with happiness it awaits your arrival,
Knowing someone loving is coming.
