At mandap Anirudh was standing and waiting desperately for her glimps. He was wearing a cream white kurta with maroon dhoti. rituals started as the bondita was brought to the on a pidi or low wooden stool, held by shuvo, Som, batuk and rudra (as it does by bride's brothers) She was taken around Anirudh in seven circles while she covers her face using a betel leaf. Then slowly she moves the betel leaf away from her face and looking down while blussing. She was looking like a goddess to Anirudh.
Bondita in mind : humari pehli shadi ke samay main jitna dhuki thi aaj utna hi khush hu. Kabhi socha nehi tha ke scott ke alwa kisi or se khushi khusi shadi karungi. kabhi socha nehi tha apse piyaar hoga par dekhona akhir mein khudko rok nehi payi or hogaya apse piyaar zindegi bhar ke liye. Because I only belong to you from the first. we were written to be together. yehi dua karti hu ke humara sath kabhi na chute.
Anirudh in mind : humari pehli shadi ke samay to main tumhe tolarate nehi kar pata tha. main dukhi tha yeh sochke ke tumhari jagah mini kiyu nehi hain?aaj pata chela because we belong to eachother. we are desitinied to be together. tab socha nehi tha ekdin kabhi itni khusi se sare rasomon ritoyo se tumse punarvivah karunga. yehi prathna hain ke hum aise hi humesa sath rahe.
Then Anirudh about to put garlands but they held bondita more high to make it difficult for him. Anirudh tried few times but vain. Bondita was giggling. As they got distracted Anirudh put the garland around her neck. Everyone clapped. then its bondita's turn. She was about put but Anirudh's friends held him high. Bondita couldn’t about to reach.
