Well you know how much I despise my parents and also how distant my parents are to me. So its like grandma fusses all over me and uncle kind of gives us things just because we're good children. My mum? Meh she's more like authority figure than parental figure and I cant tell her what I like without her glaring at me. Obviously my mum doesn't appreciate I like different things and discourages me from watching Youtube. Seriously I've spent more time on Tumblr than on Youtube (because I'm Dan af)
Why its about grandma? Let me tell you a few things

My grandma is the kind of grandma many kids want to have. She can be a bit annoying but its just she loves me and my little sister. She's good at cooking so ;)
I'm sad to see my grandma is lonely in my uncle's house. I really want to live with her so I can be closer to Alice :3 Plus, we own the house anyway. And I like the food there. And she makes sure we don't go hungry
My grandma is supportive of whatever I plan to pursue. She wanted to see me graduate with a smile. She's strict but I know its because she loves us
My grandma is comfortable with what I like as long as I'm not too extreme. She understands why I'm like that. And she shares my hate for Dad. I'm not joking. My dad may seem like your dream dad but he's hell personified
She listens to both sides before deciding. Maybe this is where I get my neutral and chill stance in debates. She's quick to love and quick to hate. My grandma hates anyone who hurts us and hates people with no respect. She's like, the real person in authority but because my dad is such a douchebag he made her seem like a stupid and crazy old woman. She only wanted the best for us. Like any real mother would
I love my grandma so much I get excited whenever she visits. Dad hates her and is rude to her. Excuse me Dad where are your manners I do not respect people with no manners because that's how they are to be treated

When I get a job, I'm spoiling her, my uncle and my little sister. They deserve it. My parents? Eh I don't know. Idk when we last bonded. A year ago?
My grandma deserved the world. And my uncle too. So is my little sister

Go tell your grandparents you love them before its too late <3 They would appreciate that. Unless they're rude or something. Idk. Just a little bit of patience and some respect. Maybe they'll be nice for once
