Okay, words of wisdom from an super ugly 14 year old girl (No questions needed)
You want to be an writer? Go ahead, pursue your dream. Don't let others take you down! I'm not exactly the best writer here or the most popular one but I believe that each one had unique talents when it comes to writing. OliviaLovesSnow and InfinityMidnight for example. Olivia is well known for her Sis trilogy while Infinity is well known for her book 'Adopted' (Infinity! Am I correct? Am I?) One of them entered Watty's 2013. Although she didn't win, it was super popular at 400k + reads. Still unconvinced? How about you try writing something IRL? That's what I do if I have no home works, nothing to update or anything. I write about everything. From something as simple as pencils to something as complicated as love. I admit it gets pretty awkward sometimes. But if you're itching to write, go ahead! Nothing's stopping you! Write what you love. Don't forget to make it look good too! Honestly, why read a story with bad grammar, wrong spellings and no proper spacing? Its an pretty frustrating read. That's what happened to me. There was this story with an awesome cover and good description. But when I read it, bamn! It wasn't good enough so I deleted it from my library and began to search more carefully.Honestly, writers can turn into grammar Nazis sometimes :P
You're nearing college and can't pick what course you want? Pick the one you love and is willing to go through 4 years just to complete it. Why choose one that will give you a high-paying job in the future at the expense of your happiness? They say if you love your job, you'll earn more too. I'm already in Junior High but I already planned out my future. Choose you path wisely. I don't blame you if yo graduated with a degree in -insert a boring degree here- and wants to be something else. Please... please don't choose a course for the sake of money. That was my mother's mistake which ended up ruining not just her future but my future as well. She's an college instructor with a degree in nursing but I can tell she doesn't like her job. For goodness sake Mom, why did you choose money over happiness?! I bet your failed attempt in business counts too. Pfffffft... tragic ending to what should have been a wonderful beginning of a beautiful career. Tragic
Self-harming? Darling, take that blade away... No one deserves it. I self-harm too. But please don't cut. You are perfect in your own way. Someone behind you, wishing to be you. Its because you are perfect. Throw that blade away. You don't need it. Razor is not meant to slice something except for what purpose it is intended for. You don't deserve that. I probably deserved it more than you. My right arm only had tree (That's how I say 'three' too :3 My accent is okay but it gets terrible) cuts but that's where the worst one is located. Its bright red and is longer than others. Do you want it? Yes? No. Its not for you. Its not for me either. Its a pain. A pain I gave to myself
See the sad girl there? Ask her if she's alright. She won't hear you unless you tap on her shoulder and speak to her. Heartbreaking right? She couldn't be normal like others so she isolated herself. With a nagging mother and abusive father at her back, she has gone through so much. And she's only 10. But look inside her mind. It still had the innocence yet a part of it is corrupted by her desire for revenge, her suicidal thoughts... Corrupted. She's shattered, waiting for her mother just to shower her with her daily achievements yet she gets nagged. She cheated. She lied. She manipulated. She's a master at these things. Deep inside her lonely heart, she wanted to change. To be the perfect daughter she omce was. In the end, she self-harmed. Look at her eyes. Who do you see? Her mother? Herself? A Youtuber who saved her?
