"give it to me" hyunjin spoke making felix look up at him "huh?" felix questioned staring confused at hyunjin who rolled his eyes taking a step closer to felix who stood dumbfounded. he reached out his hand to take away the necklace from his hand, once succeeding he walked closer to a fallen tree branch and sat on top of it with the necklace still in his hands. he rested his elbows on his knees parting his legs as he lowered his back to take a good look at the broken accessory

felix walked towards him staring at what he was doing as he contemplated if he should sit beside him or not, he turned his lips to the side to think as he hesitantly sat down next to hyunjin leaving a fair amount of space in between the two boys "I won't bite" hyunjin spoke glancing at the boy sat next to him as he cocked a brow at him then began to work on the pendant again

felix stayed quiet and hesitant, 'sure you won't' he wondered in his brain, by the moments they have stumbled across each other felix could sense hyunjin was not the sweetest, he was a nice guy but reserved which led him to come off as rude, felix had always been amazing at reading people and what they were thinking through the tiniest things they did

it was all he could do all the time he spent at the orphanage all alone, studying people. "won't you need supplies for it?" felix asked, his voice small and soft yet deep "no" hyunjin replied confidently, why was he helping him out in the first place? that was the mystery that confused felix as well

after a few moments passed the sun had begun to sink deep, felix missed his shifts due to the panic attack he had earlier so he decided to take a walk in the far forest to calm himself down which also resulted in his meeting with hyunjin, which he was grateful for. because if this sweet accident didn't happen he would've never gotten back his necklace which he cherishes so much

hyunjin exhaled a deep sigh, he was too focused on the necklace that he didn't even realize it was evening already and the night sky has begun to settle itself yet he didn't really care, determined to fix this "I'll just take it to a store...it's fine" felix commented watching how long hyunjin had been working on that thing for, yet he was still very determined

"it's almost done" hyunjin replied 'what even is he doing?' felix couldn't help but wonder how long it can take to mend two ends of a broken necklace together without any tool before giving up. but hyunjin was beyond the human knowledge "there you go impatient boy" hyunjin spoke as he finally  looked up from the necklace his hands had been latched onto for an hour straight

that must be the longest sentence felix had heard hyunjin say "is it fixed?" he asked hyunjin who hummed in response, felix's face enlighted with joy when he took the necklace from hyunjin's hand as he put it on his neck smiling widely, for a minute he struggled to get the locks to tangle with each other without the help of a reflection

so once again, hyunjin rolled his eyes and spoke up "I'll help" his voice was uninterested and tired as if irritated by the boy's constant need of help, but he still continued to help him out in the slightest of situation which was also odd to him. he had never been social, he didn't like to talk

so ignoring the brunette freckled male should be an easy task, but who knew it was easier said than done. he just couldn't find it inside of him to walk away from the guy it was like a part of him was attached but he was too naive to notice all these intanglments so he simply passed it away stating it as boredom

felix started at him for a second when hyunjin moved closer and held the ends of the necklace from felix's cold small fingers into his larger and warm ones, their breaths met with each other the gap between them decreasing. hyunjin got nearer the brunette male and looked behind his neck binding edges together

Although he was done with supposed job, he stayed there for a second his eyes siding to linger at the pretty boy's face, felix turned his neck just in the slightest manner to stare at hyunjin who was gazing at his face. Their eyes have met before but it was different this time, it was...euphoric

Shyness crept on Felix's cheeks in the form of a subtle tint of pink. Hyunjin cleared his throat backing away from the boy diverting their minds from the awkwardness and not making it further odd

he sat back in his place staring at felix who looked down at his chest watching the pendant safely sitting there, he smiled looking up "thank you" he announced making hyunjin nod and turn to gaze at the sky. "thank you for saving me the other day as well" hyunjin remained mute for a minute before speaking up "you already thanked me"

felix looked down in embarrassment "well, thank you again" he chuckled making hyunjin turn to look at him. felix was staring at the violet sky that had splashes of yellow and blue in it, the hue of the mixed colors lightening against his skin making his beauty stand out. so hyunjin kept his eyes on the boy and they stayed like that in silence, felix unaware of the soft gaze over him

the winds soft gusts rushed past them swinging the fabric of their clothes into the direction of its destination. not leaving out their fluffy and soft black and brown hair "what are you doing here anyway?" the silence was broke off by hyunjin who queried felix making him turn around and look at him "just...out on a walk" felix stated "you?" he questioned making hyunjin shrug his shoulders, he didn't like answering questions

and the silence hung over them once again "i like your hair" felix complimented hyunjn making him turn around to stare at him with weirded out eyes, it was a habit of felix to compliment people about things he genuinely liked of theirs at random times. sometimes to keep the conversation going, sometimes to lighten up the mood

and he indeed did like his hair, the color and texture of them. they way the wind swung the side to side and how soft they looked and once again, hyunjin didn't answer making felix look down "what's that thing you're carrying?" hyunjin had just noticed the brown diary felix had been carrying all thing time with him "oh this?" felix asked turning to glance at his most treasured possession sat beside him

"it's my um...diary" felix muttered glancing at hyunjin who still had his eyes on the book "what do you write in it?" he questioned further and felix was unsure of what to answer with, although he was a social, friendly and bubbly person he still had his private situations he didn't like to share with strangers. and hyunjin was nothing more than that

"just...my wishes" felix stated, although he wouldn't had normally said this something inside of him urged his guts to be spilled out. "what are your wishes?" felix chuckled awkwardly looking at his lap "they're boring, you'll get bored" he tried to dodge the conversation with this pretty stranger but the boy had insited on knowing all the deepest paths that led to his brightest star

"tell me, i won't" felix gulped. nobody had really ben that interested in knowing him so it was still a bit odd to him, 'how do i deny without being rude?' he wondered to himself "if you please..." hyunjin interfered his train of thoughts noticing the wrinkles appearing in the middle of brows as he squinted them to think deep for avoiding the awkward and weird situation

hyunjin was curious to find out what the boy wished and desired for, although he barely knew the boy he still wanted to know what was written in the diary. curiousty was always a charm of his, "well, just a few desries to complete before-" felix shut himself off before saying too much

it was now hyunjin's turn to knit his brows together, "before?" he probed "before i can't no more" felix replied skillfully as he looked up from his lap into hyunjin's eyes a bright smile covering his lips, but something told hyunjin it wasn't true. it told hyunjin that something deep and dark was hiding behind those luscious pretty lips. something agonizing buried feets inside the heart of the beholder

yet he didn't investigate further, dropping the matter. "is it because you don't know me?" Alas, the boy never knew how to shut up at correct times. "oh no...I" felix looked down at his lap once again stammering, he was unaware of what to answer with, for the first time he was trapped in the web of his own words "in that case...you tell me your desires i tell you my fears" hyunjin spoke staring deep into the eyes of the brunette "we can be strangers with secrets"
