𝟓𝟕 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬; 𝐡𝐲𝐮𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐱

𝟯𝟱; 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁-𝘆𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻 & 𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗼𝘆𝗹𝗲

a warm sunlit room, soft air passing across his face by the ceiling fan, sounds of birds chirping in one ear, and the beating of Hyunjin's heart in his other, Felix smiled softly as he blinked his drowsy eyes feeling Hyunjin's arm wrapped around his waist as he found his head on top of Hyunjin's chest, with both of them cuddled together as if it wasn't the midst of summer but the brink of winter

he paid attention to Hyunjin's soft breathing before he looked up to stare at the boy's sleeping face. he sighed as he turned and gently got away from the taller's embrace making him whine and open his shut eyes with furrowed brows towering over them "what?" he groaned in his morning voice

Felix gulped before he spoke, "what what?" "why'd you get up?" the shorter chuckled at the comment "because it's morning, why else" Hyunjin groaned once again "so? we can still sleep" he murmured grabbing onto Felix's arm and pulling him back in bed making him crash with his chest and be painted red by a shy blush

"Hyunjin! it's already so late, we need to get up" he scolded pushing the heavy boy away from him but he only failed when Hyunjin held him by one arm throwing the other over him and trapping him in between both of them, burying his face in his neck "no" was all he responded with making him Felix sigh

"God, when did you become such a cuddle bug?" Hyunjin smiled with his eyes still closed, Felix looked up at him waiting for an answer "ever since a bright-yellow demon invaded my life" his smile grew larger as he looked down at Felix, opening them just the littlest bit, Felix gasped pushing the taller away before slapping his thigh "how rude!" Hyunjin's laugh echoed in the room as Felix got off the bed angrily

"I was just joking!" the taller yelled out getting up from the bed and running to catch up with the brunette, courtesy of his long legs he was able to catch up with the brunette in mere seconds as he held onto the shorter's wrist and turned him around in a second, making him stumble with his chest, Felix looked up into his eyes and found a heaven that had been ruined and left in misery, and there, he felt cherished and the most at home, for this, was his heaven ruined or not, this was his altar and this was his God

while Hyunjin was lost in a completely different dimension yet somehow still parallel to Felix's "I was joking" he said, voice groggy yet soothing "whatever" Felix spoke, finally breaking eye contact and attempting to calm the fervor that rose in him. he turned around once again striving to leave so he wouldn't get tangled in these goddamn emotions again, but he was held back by the same hand that has been griping his wrist all along "come on" Hyunjin sighed as he spoke "do you think I'm a demon" Felix squinted his eyes making Hyunjin chuckle

Of course, he was joking around as well, he'd never take something Hyunjin said to heart but it was fun, to make Hyunjin attempt to clear his slate, and he would of course never put it that way, too ashamed

"it was a compliment" the brunette shook his head in disbelief "oh was it?" Hyunjin nodded proudly "well, then, thank you so much gargoyle" Hyunjin's eyes widened and his face twisted into surprise "gargoyle? lix, Gargoyle!?" Felix shrugged his shoulders nonchalantly, body still glued to Hyunjin's "not so different than a demon" Hyunjin scoffed "a demon can be hot, a gargoyle is just--a gargoyle" Felix bit back his laughter wanting to appear serious but failed nonetheless as he burst into a laughter

"a hot demon? what are you on about Hyunjin-ah?" he spoke in between his laugh "yea, I called you a cute demon, you called me a gargoyle. now, whose the rude one here?" Felix licked his lips, feeling his face heat up as he pouted insignificantly "you never mentioned cute" Hyunjin rolled his eyes "as if I have to word it out, when regarding you cute is just mandatory; Felix showered today means; cute Felix showered today, therefore what I said truly meant; ever since a cute bright-yellow demon invaded my life"
