the sky was as clear from clouds as a dark blue lake by foam, sitting prettily above the people's heads, Felix's giggles erupted through the crowds as hyunjin turned to stare at the pretty boy beside him. the fair was a place felix always held an admiration for and marking his jolly face at the moment, he definitely liked this

I couldn't say the same for hyunjin though, his face was flushed red with beads of mere sweat covering his shiny forehead. it was hot, but he felt it on an extreme level due to the immense sea of the crowd surrounding him, he has never had the hots for big crowds

he held tightly onto Felix's wrist dragging him through the people "move over!" he pushed while felix followed from behind giggling like an adorable puppy, once they were through the people and in a much calmer place. basically the middle of the fair where people were excluded in groups, some surrounding stalls some gathering rides, hyunjin let out a sigh of relief looking over his shoulder at felix

who still had his remarkable grin on his face, something about that smile made hyunjin doze away from the reality of this world and feel himself get lost in Felix's pretty face, his gaze seeming to fixate itself on Felix's shinning freckles due to the sunlight sparkling on his pretty features

"It's wild in here" felix commented making eye contact with the taller male "yea, it sure is" he replied rather softly, the shorter boy turned away to look around "we should get something to drink, it's hot. let me buy this time" felix commented breaking his wrist free from hyunjin's grip and holding his hand instead

hyunjin let him do whatever he wanted not having much energy to interfere and voice out his opinions, even if he could he intentionally wouldn't. not finding the situation even a tad bit negative, "what do you want?" felix questioned, judging by their moods it seemed as though felix was the one who dragged hyunjin here and not the other way around

but could you blame the boy? the last time he'd been to a fair or any fun place basically was when he was a very young child, his orphanage had been kind enough to take all the kids to the fair. even though it was only once he was always grateful to the people for it

"I don't, I'll have whatever you're having" hyunjin muttered under his breath "hmm" felix hummed back "the blue soda, what does it have?" felix questioned the guy standing behind the stall "seriously lix? it's shit just get something else" hyunjin muttered fanning himself as felix looked over at hyunjin "then just tell me what you want" "two colas" he muttered to the guy who nodded walking to the fridge

"I don't want a cola" felix spoke making hyunjin shake his head "there's nothing good anyway, just take a cola cinderella we'll get something else later" felix felt his stomach flutter at the nickname, 'calling me cinderella right now? that's so random, he can't possibly be making fun of me right now' his thoughts wondered

he remained silent agreeing with hyunjin "here" the guy boredly sat down their colas on the counter as hyunjin reached out his hands to get the cola and hand Felix's to the brunette boy standing beside him, he was quick enough to take out his wallet but felix was quicker. he quickly slammed the money on the metal counter grabbing hyunjin's wrist and walking away with him

"got you this time" felix winked at hyunjin who softly chuckled "gee, you're weird" hyunjin remarked popping open his can of soda "what can I say, I've been 'round you too much" hyunjin gulped down the fizzy soda staring at felix in shock "wow, pathetic comebacks" felix laughed staring ahead as he sipped onto his own drink

"look at that" felix gasped pointing to a stall where were sat multiple stuffed toys and balloons hung, and before hyunjin could even understand what was happening he was being dragged over to the stall, so instead of fighting it, he let it be. just like pretty much always at this point
