29. Bug Bite (Final)

The Birla cousins- Parth and Neil along with Shefali were sitting at the breakfast table- teasing a blushing Abhira. Akshara was flushed but was trying really hard to keep a straight face while Abhimanyu was getting annoyed every growing second. For him, only he had the right to tease his wife, no one else!

Abhimanyu: Bs ab! Kb se baccho ki tarah bakwas kr rahe h...

Akshara: Aap log breakfast kariye na....

Shefali: Pr Akshu ye toh batao ki tumhare neck pr hua kya hai?

Abhira: (Abhimanyu) BUG! / (Akshara) Hair Straightener !!

Abhira yelled together and looked at each other annoyed as they gave separate answers. Their cousins laughed.

Abhimanyu: Vo ye baal straighten kr rahi thi tb room me ek bug aa gaya tha ...

Neil: Aur us bade se bug ne bhabhi ko kaat liya...haina? Lekin nishan dekhr lgta hai ki bohot bada bug raha hoga ...nahi?

Akshara: Na-ha..na.....Mtlb Abhi sahi keh raha hai...bug tha aur usne mujhe ek dum se neck pr bite kiya aur mera hath thoda slip ho gaya...phir straightener neck pr lg gaya...

Abhimanyu: Haan! Yehi hua tha...

Parth: Ooooo....to ye jalne ka nishan hai...

Shefali: Pr Akshu, tumne toh baalon ko curl kiya hua hai aaj!...straight kb kiya?

Neil snickered while Abhimanyu shot him a glare.

Akshara: Vo Bhabhi pehle straight kiya phir curl...isse curl zyada sundr bante hai..

Shefali: Accha!? (smirks)

Akshara: aur nahi to kya...aur aap logon ke sawal-jawab ho gaye ho mai breakfast khtm kr loon?

The cousins giggled softly but resumed eating. Abhimanyu lowered his head and whispered to his wife.

Abhimanyu: Waise tum itni safai se jhoot bol skti ho....expect nahi kiya tha...

Akshara: Mai kitni acchi safai krti hoon ye tumhe room me pata chalega...

Neil: Kya khusur-phusur ho rahi hai Bhabhi? Bug problem discuss kr rahe ho toh mai deta hoon na pest control wale ka no.

Abhimanyu: (through gritted teeth) Neil- itni chinta karega toh age se pehle baal safed kr lega...teri bhabhi aur mai handle kr lenge...

After the entertaining breakfast for the cousins and awkward one for Abhira, Akshara ran to her room to get her bag. She quickly took loads of concealer and tried to cover up the angry purple bruise on her neck.

Akshara: Doctor hai ya Dracula!? Kitna dark sa mark bana diya hai mere...Maa, Nishtha, Parth Bhaiya, Bhabhi...Neil...sbne hi dekh liya...kya kya soch rahe honge... Aaj iss docman ki khair nahi...

She muttered angrily while dabbing the makeup on the love bite that sat proud on her neck. Abhimanyu, who was slowly approaching the room, heard her rant and rushed back downstairs. Akshara finally finished her makeup and left in a hurry. Abhimanyu- who was hiding in the study came out as soon as she left.

Abhimanyu: Chalo gayi abhi toh...shaam tk shyd thoda gussa shant ho jaye...

He went to his room and saw all the makeup she had left out on the desk. Rolling his eyes at her messy behaviour, he beginning putting it away in the drawers.
