Claire was shaking so hard that she almost couldn't sit still. Her teeth were chattering and she could barely hold onto her cup. Luckily for her, the Weasley twins smirked at her and motioned for her to put her cup down, which she hurried to do. It was finally time for them to take revenge on Adrian Pucey, but Claire was regretting going to the twins because they always took it a step too far.

"Longbottom is an idiot," Adrian Pucey announced loudly, causing several student to snicker while others just awkwardly nodded. Claire saw Neville wince and then cover his face by holding up a book and pretending to read. It was common for him to publicly humiliate his newest victim, and unfortunately that meant that many students would have to run out of the Great Hall crying because Professor Snape would act like he was deaf. "Slytherins forever! Longbottom is a disgrace to the Gryffindor name-as if they ever had anything to be proud of in the first place!"

Many of the Slytherins lifted their goblet as if to toast. Professor Snape was the only adult in the room, so nothing was done.

"No!" Pansy shrieked so loud that everyone turned to look.

Adrian Pucey was now a wombat, who was shrieking as he ran around, eventually falling off the table.  Claire let out a laugh while the rest of the schools started roaring with laughter.

"Enough!" Professor Snape exclaimed angrily. But before he could do anything else, half of the Slytherins were suddenly sporting red and gold hair. Even Draco was now wearing the hair colors, which made Claire smile. He sent her a bored look and took another sip of the goblet, making her blush and hide her face. Theo and Blaise were a lot angrier,

"Well, this is delightful," Dumbledore said calmly as he entered the Great Hall.

"Mr. Weasley!" Professor McGonagall shrieked. The twins hurried to leave, but the elderly professor caught them at the door, grabbing them by their ears and dragging them off.

"They'll pay for that," Pansy said lowly, her scarf covering her hair. But she wasn't watching the Gryffindors, but instead staring right at Claire.

It wasn't long before the First Task was upon them. Claire had barely seen Harry because he was working with Hermione to practice the Summoning Spell. Claire had been a mess and barely hung out with anyone, mostly because she kept having visions. Most of the time she didn't actually comprehend what she was seeing, and she definitely didn't remember it half of the time. But she would wake up with a bad feeling in her stomach. Leo didn't know how to help, and Claire didn't feel comfortable telling anyone about what was happening.

"Are you ready?" Ginny asked Harry as they all sat together in the Great Hall. Ron was a few seats away, glaring at them.

"Sure," Harry mumbled. He had only taken a single bite of his breakfast, which made Claire worried.

"You need to eat," Claire prompted. Harry rolled his eyes but took another bite, which just made him grimace.

Don't forget to stay away from the judges today.

Claire ignored Leo's voice as he reminded her for the hundredth time. Harry needed her so she would be there for him. Leo glared at Claire until she sent him a small nod. He was annoying her with all his worrying, especially because it just made her feel worse. She hadn't been able to respond to her dad's letters in weeks, although she guessed that he was just writing to Leo or Harry in order to make sure that Claire was okay.

Except she wasn't.

"It's time for you to go," Hermione said worriedly, looking at her clock and watching the other champions all get up, causing the Great Hall to erupt into cheers, which made Claire wince.
