Claire learned that her visions seemed to plague her the most when she was stressed. Which was why she was sitting with Harry in the prefects bathroom trying to understand the egg and the random message that Cedric told the other boy to bring the egg to the bath.

"Harry, you've been trying for thirty minutes. Give up," Claire groaned, laying on the floor outside the tub, her arm over her eyes to block out the light. Harry groaned as he sat next to her, opening the egg once more before rushing to close it as the horrible shrieks echoed through the room. Claire winced and angrily swatted at Harry for opening it again.

"The next task is literally tomorrow," Harry snapped. "I can't just give up."

"Maybe you should get in the tub."

Claire barely flinched when Moaning Myrtle made herself known, but Harry jumped so hard that the egg went rolling halfway across the floor. Claire had spent a lot of time hiding in the bathrooms so she didn't mind Myrtle anymore.

"That's what the other boy did," Myrtle giggled. "He was in there so long that almost all the bubbles disappeared."

"You're the worst," Claire whispered to herself, but Myrtle shrieked angrily and went down the drain.

"Maybe she's right," Harry pondered. He took off his robe so that he was only in a t-shirt and then stuck his head under the water with the egg. Claire opened one eye to watch him so that he didn't drown. She was getting worried when he finally emerged, gasping loudly as he could finally breath again.

Before he could explain what he heard, Claire was trapped in a vision.

She was underwater and approaching other students who were tied up. They were alive still but asleep, unable to move. Their faces were hidden and she tried to look further, but all of a sudden there were horrible faces and shrieks all around her.

And then she was back in the graveyard. There were voices, taunting and cruel. And the body was still there, its nameless face looking right at her as if telling her that it was all her fault that they were dead.

"Claire Alina Nova Lupin!"

Claire came back with a gasp, sitting up and looking around as her chest heaved. Harry looked panicked as he held her shoulders, his eyes wide as he looked at her. Claire shrugged his shoulders until he let her go. She used her sleeve to wipe away the blood coming out of her nose, groaning when she realized that her ears were bleeding too. The nosebleeds didn't hurt, but she knew that she would be having more headaches.

"What the fuck?"

"Language," Claire groaned as she resumed her past position.

"No," Harry demanded, forcing her to sit back up. She had seen him concerned before, but this was a new level. "You just passed out, started screaming, and then started bleeding. What was that?"

And then Claire was crying. She hated how much she cried, but she was just so overwhelmed. So Claire told Harry everything, even the stuff that she had been told not to tell. Harry sat there and listened, his eyebrows furrowing as he looked more and more concerned and scared. she didn't tell him about the graveyard because she didn't want to worry him too much.

"Well...shit," Harry said once Claire was finally done explaining.

"Yeah," Claire whispered.

"I'm sorry," Harry said. He was never the best with emotions but Claire didn't care. That was all she needed at the moment.

"It has its perks," Claire shrugged. "For example, I know that you're going to be underwater tomorrow. And there's going to be mermaids. Also, look for Neville."
