Riki's Missing

S.U.N.O.O.

It's sign after sign and voice after voice as I swiftly move against the crowd gathering on this pier. Along the way, I pass may different venders of food, clothes, and games.

"Win A Pet Fish Here!"

"The world's best rice cakes!"

"Pretty People Thrift!"

Despite, my depression being on it's way to becoming one of the main aspects of my personality... the life around me drawing.

Every colors is loud and vivid.
It's all overwhelming, but it's also pretty.
And for a moment, I wouldn't mind getting lost here.

I let my feet carry me in a daze for a few more minutes. It's like my head is in the clouds as I finally come to a stop. A mint chocolate theme cafe catches my eyes. I turn to enter into the shop, when my ears wince at the sound of a crowd screaming.

It wasn't a happy fun scream of excitement. It was like terror, pure fear suddenly flew up and hung over the atmosphere.

I look backward. Many people are running away from the direction I just walked from.

I see mother dragging her 7 year old daughter by quickly. The little girl asks, "Is he dead, mommy?" The kids voice sounded like he's about to break into tears.

The mother's reply is stern and avoidant, "I don't know honey. Let's just keep walking."

A group of teens rush by as well.

" How sick!" A short haired girl exclaims.

"They're was blood everywhere," a boy with bleached platinum hair hugs himself as if he's badly shaken up by what he witnessed.

What did he witness?

Another friend one their friends with shiny olive skin and braids spoke Korean in an American accent, "Shouldn't we call the cops? Mysterious men knocked out some guy with a brick then dragged his body off."
