Aphs POV
I walk back into the cabin and Lilith tackled me.
"Oh Hi Baby!"
I start showering with kisses as Aaron chuckles kissing her as well
Melissa gets impatient taking my left hand and when she doesnt see the ring she gets upset
"What happened?!"
I chuckle setting Lilith down as she goes to play
"We were hiking Melissa I didnt want to lose it"
"Well Let me see it Aaron wouldnt!"
Aaron and I chuckle as I grab the box out of my bag putting the ring on showing her as she begins squealing
"YOU GUYS ARE GETTING MARRIED!! OH MY IRENE WE NEED TO START PLANNING!"
I start laughing
"Melissa you thought her mom would be the problem jeez!"
She chuckles at Aarons comment
"Did you guys get pictures?!
I nod taking my phone out, dont need service for photos.
She starts fangirling looking through them and honestly, I just wanna shower.

I get out of the shower and feel almost instantly better. Aaron gets in after me and after I get dressed for the day since its only like 9 I put on the ring and smile at it. Aaron gets out quickly,
"Unless your ready to tell everyone I would wear something smaller in the meantime, less obvious"
"Melissa probably already has the word out"
"Trust me she knows Id kill her if she did"
I nod
"Fair"
I put the ring down and put on one of the small bands he gave me in highschool,
"You still have that?"
"Have what?"
"That ring"
I nod
"Yea didnt you give it to me?"
He nods
"Yea my senior prom I thought you wouldve lost it by now"
I shake my head,
"no never have and Ive had it touched up and cleaned almost yearly I spaced on it this year with everything but I figured since its still yours I could still wear it with a similar meaning for now"
He nods kissing me
"Aaron your still soaking go get dried"
He smirks shaking his head as I scream at him for it
"Aaron now Im soaked!"
He chuckes as I groan walking out of the bathroom to change again.

Everyone decides to have dinner together at one of the local restaurants as a fair well to the place.
"So how was your guys' trip to middle island"
I look over at everyone whos eager to know, I hand Aaron Lilith while I explain
"It was amazing, the view up there is beautiful you can see all of the park, and they had hot springs up there that were gorgeous!"
I continue to tell them about it making sure to leave out the engagement and y'know sex time.
"So no ring?"
I look over at Aarons mother and look back at him and hes just as shocked.
"Oh uhm no we didnt get engaged up there"
She looks over at Melissa questionably and I realize that she told her, I look back at Aaron again and he is glaring her daggers while everyone else looks at us confused feeling the tension between the two.
Aaron hands me Lilith standing up
"Mom"
He motions for her to come outside and she follows while everyone is still confused
I clear my throat and distract everyone from the topic bouncing Lilith in my lap. I see his dad check his phone and storm outside
"Travis take her"
I hand Lilith to Travis and he bounces her in his lap taking her plate of food trying to feed her while I follow them.
"So you didnt think to tell us before you did this?!"
I stand next to Aaron who is arguing with his dad while his mom is on his side
"I was waiting for the right time"
"You almost killed her you decided you want to guarentee it this time!"
"DEREK!"
I see Rachel trying to drag him back inside as he shakes her off
"Dont come crying to me when she dies because of you!"
I can tell he's tense and I try to get infront of him to comfort him and he lightly shoves me away
"Dont Aph"
"See!? You cant even control your eyes what happens when you dont realize and you look at her?!"
I can see Melissa coming out to see whats going on
"Ill keep it under control Dad its not that hard when you arent screaming at me!"
He scoffs and us three look between eachother trying to figure out how to stop the two.
"You trying to keep it under control is going to kill her Aaron it is a simple consept, why do you think I wanted you to have an arranged marriage, there wouldnt be feelings involved, you wouldnt kill her"
I can tell Aaron just gets angrier as he takes a step closer getting ready to scream his head off. He pushes me away from him lightly so I couldnt stop him
"Aaron calm down your causing a scene!"
Rachel looks at me then Derek
"You too Derek lets go inside and enjoy the rest of dinner"
Melissa goes inside and Rachel drags Derek in
"Aaron?"
He looks at me his eyes back to his charcoal black
"Yes?"
"Are you okay?"
"Yea, cmon Ill explain when we get home lets go finish dinner"
We sit back down and everyones eyes are on us saying they probably heard a little bit of that, neither party was quiet for that argument. I take Lilith back and avoid eyecontact with most people while conversaion resumes.

We get home and I sigh laying Lilith down, she fell asleep on the walk over here. Aaron comes up behind me hugging me and kissing my cheek
"So you told him"
"No mom did I explained it to her and that we wanted to wait for the right time and she texted him"
I sigh turning around into his chest
"I think they heard him"
"I know"
He kisses my forehead
"Lets go reax and watch our shows"
I nod and stop when I get a phone call Aaron looks at me confused and I sigh at the contact
'Mom <3'
I answer the phone
"Hey mom"
"You have 5 seconds to explain what that man said, all of us heard that conversation"
"Mom-"
"No you are not avoiding this! The bruises, pregancy, and now his father saying hes going to ill you! Aphmau what is going on?!"
I sigh and Aaron hugs me from behind
"Come over we can talk about it in person"
"Okay ill be right there
She hangs up

"What do I tell her? I cant tell her your an ultima"
He sighs
"Uhm..I dont know, Shit"
"We have less than a few minutes to figure it out, she and Ein both think your an Ultima already"
"Tell her y family has a gene involved with.. uhm.. FUCK!"
"Complicated pregnancies?"
"I guess? I dont know Aph make up some serious bullshit baby"
I laugh nervous as hell as I hear her enter the house
"Aphmau?!"
"Upstairs!"
She comes up and sees Aaron and I standing in the middle of the room
"So whats going on?! Why is Derek saying your going to kill her?!"
We look at eachother and I sit mom down on the bed Aaron next to me
"We need to come clean about something, about his family"
She looks at me waiting for an answer
"There is a gene within his family that can make pregnancy very difficult, and his dad knows we both want kids"
She raises an eyebrow trying to see if Im lying
"Thats why they said I was lucky to surivive the last one. but they know that we would try again"
"Well how did the argument start thats a random thing to begin at dinner?!"
I signal Aaron to get the ring and he quickly retrieves it, I slip off the one I had and put that one on,
"Because Melissa told him we got engaged"
I see her eyes widen as she hugs me smothering me in kisses
"OH MY GOD YOU ARE ENGAGED WHY DIDNT YOU TELL ME SOONER MIJA WE NEED TO START PLANNING! DO YOUR FRIENDS KNOW? TRAVIS?!"
I chuckle along with Aaron
"No we were waiting for the right time to tell everyone, plus we were both tired from the hike back-"
I dont get to officially finish before Im tackled into another hug.
I look over at Aaron whos still behind mom and sigh
