Aphmau's POV
"I'm gonna go get you stuff to bandage it"
I nod groaning as he runs out of the room and comes back it. He puts a large band aid over it and I groan when he touches it
"I know I'm sorry its okay"
He kisses my forehead as the door bell sounds then runs to grab it. A few minutes later I see a doctor come through the door and Derek follows in
"How are you feeling?"
"I just did it"
Rachel follows in cupping my face
"She already has a high fever, oh you poor thing"
"I just have to get an IV started"
Aaron nods coming around laying on the bed and holding my hand. I groan as she gets it started still feeling like a hot iron. Aaron begins running his hands through my hair and kissing my forehead
"Its okay it'll numb out eventually"
"I'm going to start her on some morphine"
I look over at them and they're both looking at me apologetically, I feel dizzy and hot, everything hurts. I feel myself get really tired and I feel Aarons hand squeeze mine as I pass out.
Aarons POV
I watch her pass out and I look up at my parents
"She'll be fine"
"How do you know"
"Because she's strong and she is becoming a human its worse when your becoming a werewolf"
I nod
"We'll leave you guys be, she' just hooking Aph up to some machines so we can keep track of her health"
I nod as they leave and I look down at her smiling
"You'll be fine"

2 days later
I wake up to Aph shifting next to me and I roll over running my hands through her hair
"You gotta sit still baby"
"It hurts"
"I know"
I get up inserting some Medicine through her IV and she almost immediately falls back asleep, she hasn't lost her ears or her tail yet which is concerning the nurse a little bit but Dad said mom didn't lose hers till a few hours it was done. I kiss her forehead hearing a crack and watch her scrunch her face
"Your alright baby"
She goes back asleep and I walk back around the bed laying beside her.

The next morning
I'm in the kitchen with Mom dad and Melissa. We're eating and talking about Aphs recovery process.
"She'll be very limited in moving for a few days she's going to be sore"
Mom butts in
"Very sore"
"But give her a few days help her with stretching and making sure she's eating high protein"
I nod and I hear Aph let out a scream from the room. We all run over and she's heavily sweating and I run over holding her down as she tries to get up
"Sit still its okay you gotta sit still"
Dad comes over giving her some medicine and she opens her eyes for the first time since she fell asleep
"It burns"
"I know"
It burns!"
"I know just let the medicine kick in"
She sobs and everyone walks out closing the door as I hold her
"It okay baby, its okay"
"Make it stop"
"Give it 2 more days"
She shakes her head and you could probably watch the second as it kicked in, She quickly falls back asleep and I head back out
"Trust me I know its difficult to see her like that"
I nod as Mom gives me a hug.

I it in the kitchen anxious as I watch the clock tick down, she should've been done 12 hours ago. The nurse walks out of the room
"She's perfectly fine its just taking longer"
I nod as she leaves the house and it feels like a doorbell to heaven. I hear a very faint noise from the room
"Aaron.."
I practically bolt into the room and I freeze at the sight. She's sitting up staring at me obviously tired, she still has her ears and the tail but what really shocked me was her eyes,
"DAD!"
I hear someone coming over and he walks in freezing looking at her shocked
"What? Is something wrong"
"Its a little complicated but it's not wrong"
"Okay well can you help me to the bathroom please"
I nod as dad walks out of the room closing the door behind him getting on the phone. I pick her up taking her to the bathroom and she sits back down on the bed once I carry her bed
"I thought I was going to be a human"
I grab the hand mirror from her makeup bag and sit next to her.
"That's not exactly what we're worried about"
I hand her the mirror look at your eyes"
She picks it up shakily and looks at her eyes
"Why are they red"
I sigh
"Now look at mine"
She looks over at me her eyes meeting mind and she gasps
"I'm..?"
"Don't panic!"
"You didn't tell me this could happen!"
"I didn't know this could happen"
Dad knocks on the door
"Yea"
He comes in Rachel and Melissa in tow and Melissa gasps covering her mouth.
"Why are they red?"
"She's an ultima Melissa its pretty obvious"
"So what's going to happen?"
"I know you can't pass on the trait like Aaron can you cant turn anyone which is helpful, but I don't know anything else but overall you look good as an ultima, the eyes suit you"
She nods
Within an hour there's a doctor in the room with us and he's taking some of her blood along with mostly looking at her eyes and seeing if she has fangs. He shines a light in her eyes and has her do basic function and then takes some photos of behind her eye with some machine he has with him
"Okay so Ill take these to the lab and take a good look at these but one more thing I need to check"
She nods as he has her open her mouth and he looks at her K9's
"As of right now Ms. Lycan you don't have any fangs but because the transformation just happened anywhere from now to 2 years she can grow them in, or she isnt showing them"
I nod and he leaves taking what he needs with him and she looks over at me
"How long was I out?"
"6 days"
"A week?"
"Basically"
"We only have two weeks left!"
I laugh and she sits up
"Regardless I am really sore please help me shower"
I nod going to start the shower.

I help her shower, then I make her some food and she eats for like 7 people and now we're sitting Infront of the T.V.
"For what just happened I have a lot of energy"
"You just slept for 6 days"
"Yea but still, I'm just really sore"
"That doesn't surprise me"
She huffs
"So how did this happen?"
"I don't know"
"Well what is going to happen"
"Well your first few months of being born and in your case turned your eyes won't change back to normal they'll stay ultima"
She nods
"And I won't turn anybody?"
"We don't believe so, that's why that doctor was here, there is something in your eyes that allow you to pass on the trait"
She nods
"What happens with having fangs"
"Most times that means you can bite somebody to turn them"
"That's horrifying"
"You get used to the idea"
"I don't think I ever will"
"Aphmau your fine, the important part is that your not effected, if we find out you can turn people from your eyes we just have to keep Lilith isolated from you for a few months"
"But as your dad said what if I just don't realize they're out"
"It's pretty obvious once you go back to your normal eyes"
She nods before sighing
"I don't know how you deal with this it's so stressful and I can't even turn anyone"
"Well you might be able too again, you're not going anywhere until we know"
"It isn't like I could physically go anywhere"
I chuckle as she cuddles up with me
"You'll get used to everything I promise"
We hear a knock at the door and Aph moves over so I can get up. I open it to see the Doctor
"Oh, hi come in we weren't expecting you back so soon"
"Well I have some interesting news"
I let him inside and he sits down on the couch, and I put a bandana over Aph's eyes, she wasn't looking at him earlier so we still don't know. She shakes his hand and fixes her hair around it as I sit down
"So?"
"So her ultima genes, I am not concerned, as of right now it doesn't seem she can turn anyone but I still wouldn't risk it until I have a certain answer and she hasn't shown her fangs or shows signs of growing them in based on her gums, but that can change. What is concerning me is her fertility"
"I'm infertile, my last pregnancy ruined my uterus"
"You currently have a very high egg count"
I look over at her and she whips her head around to look at me.
"It appears your transformation has fixed it"
I thank him as he makes his leave and I look over at Aph who's taking off her bandana. I walk over sitting down on the couch and she looks over at me
"Aaron"
"Yea I know, I know"
I hug her and I hear her sobbing
"Happy tears?"
She nods
"Very happy tears"
She pulls away and I wipe her tears pulling her in for a kiss
"I love you"
