Chapter V: The Witness

At 16:00.

After the event, they already spotted the red van outside the mall. Leo sighed as he saw his parents approach him.
"Mommy!" Tammy skipped ahead as she boarded the vehicle. There was already a scornful look on Mr. Juego's face. "Get that stupid look off your face! What will people think?" the father angrily pulled his son away by the arm and started barking mad.
He instantly had a change of mood when talking to Milo and the gang. "Sorry for my son's misdemeanor! I keep telling him to stop bothering his sister's friends like that," he chuckled.
Milo walks over to Leo and tries to stand up to him. "You're wrong! We're not friends with Tammy. If you wanna push that idea, then you can take that to court!" he warned. The man threatens to hit him in retaliation.

How dare this boy talk smart in front of him?

"Who do you think you are? You're not a lawyer!" He pushed a finger against the boy's forehead.

"Yeah, I'm not! But my aunt and her friends are. They're part of the police force," Milo said confidently.

He decided to keep the video proof to himself, wanting to save that for court. There is a possibility that Mr. and Mrs. Juegos can get their hands on his device then sabotage it. It's too soon to reveal your final move, he thought.
Then, Mr. Juegos had enough of his backtalk, took him by the shoulders and threw him in the opposite direction. "You've got guts to humiliate us in public!"

This turned out to be a grave mistake as Milo rolled over the road while there was an incoming delivery motorcycle.

"MIIIILOOOO!!" Kaira and the others screamed.

"UUUUUAAAGGH!" the rider shrieked.
