The virus causes numerous boils all over the body. They appear to look like pomegranate seeds of various sizes. An additional information reveals that the insides burst due to the buildup, except they don't literally turn into tiny pulps. The outbreak caused panic across the country that President Marbles had to shut down the red dome island along with the infected ones there. However, it becomes difficult for the other inhabitants to leave due to the general fear that they may be infected, too.

> To those wondering why The Capital is stated to have existed around the 2030's, it's because the document used an old photograph taken at the region in 2039 (a year before the rest of the country got wiped out by the Super Typhoon Angela). > The commercial city of Makati was dubbed "The Dubai of Southeast Asia" back in 2035 — the year when the country was finally liberated from the QSPYWARSY groups and striving to become the next expat destination.
