Chapter IX: Closure

The lawyer representing Leo's parents, Attorney Moon, was even startled by their clients' comment. She tried to calm them down, but to no avail.
George later showed up in court with a young officer trailing behind him. "Huff! Huff! I tried to stop him, Judge Salazar, but ... " the cop was already sweaty and panting in exhaustion.
The elderly prosecutor, Judge Salazar, strikes the gavel once everybody starts panicking.

"Ah, you're just in time ... George Porter ... " she lowered her glasses to get a clear sight of him.

Just as they needed to hear his testimony. Now, everything is coming in full circle. He turns to the officer and reveals it's part of his plan to expose him as the agent that recorded his conversation with Tio Hector.
The young cop stood there as all the colors had been washed off his face. He was known as Officer Anthony Mendez. George stated that he also broke the country's strict privacy law by proxy.
He then turns to Milo who actually holds a lot of the evidence against Officer Mendez and Leo's parents.
This includes not just the video of Tio Hector's unjust capture, but also the raw file of that conversation. The tall American also pulled out what appears to be a tiny bug device.

"I am aware that the military was told to keep quiet of what happened at The Capital," George then raised it for everyone to see, "But I can't help but wonder how dense the young lad was that he neglected it at Hector's door?"

He went on to describe that Officer Mendez had stuck it behind the potted plant outside. "If I'm correct, you've been paid by Leo's parents to spy on Hector for as long as I can remember."
He continued detailing how Officer Romualdez would act defensive and stray away from the conversation whenever he brings it up.
He is aware that big names such as the Juegos family have connections to many public figures. They are willing to do anything for their reputation. To them, Tio Hector needs to be gotten rid off.
Now, Judge Salazar has allowed Milo to present all of the evidence against Leo's parents.
This also included the recorded phone call between them and Officer Romualdez (provided by Aunt Glenda), the forged criminal records against Tio Hector, evidence of abuse against Leo and his friends as well as the extended video taken on the night of September 18th.
Both Mr. and Mrs. Juegos stood there in disbelief. There was no escaping it. They were even charged for defamation and being abusive towards Leo.
Judge Salazar has banged the gavel and closed the case on a positive note. She complimented Milo and everybody else for proving Tio Hector's innocence.

Tio Hector has won the case!
