After Negan changed, showered, and was fed, he came to my room. With lemonade, of course. "Hey, Rori. Miss me?"

"Not one bit," I answered.

"Hm, well, I guess I'll just keep all this lemonade for myself," Negan smirked, but I didn't move a muscle as he poured a large glass.

"I don't care for your lemonade," I said. Negan chuckled at that, taking a nice long sip of his drink.

"Sure. Yet you still drank two cups full of it last time," he told me.

"I was thirsty. You didn't give me much water," I replied, shrugging.

"Trust me, I give you more than I give my prisoners. Don't complain," Negan told me, pulling the chair from an empty desk next to my bed.

"What do you want, Negan?" I asked, glaring at him.

"Nothing. I just haven't seen you in a couple of days, that's all. Oh, by the way, your friend is in the hospital wing," Negan said,  pulling his foot to rest on his knee. My head snapped towards him, and I sat up straighter.

"What? Gabriel? He was fine a couple of hours ago," I said.

"A lot can happen in just a couple of hours, Rori," Negan said.

"What's wrong with him?" I questioned, every nerve in my body becoming more alert.

"Don't know. I didn't bother to ask," Negan shrugged, tossing his bat in his hands before examining it. "Doesn't she look nice? Clean."

"What? Uhm, I guess so. She'd stay even cleaning if you stopped killing people," I explained, curiosity swimming in my eyes as the possibilities swarm in my head of what he could say next.

He stayed quiet for a moment before replying, "You know, we're a lot alike."

"Alike? More like complete opposites," I scoffed.

"No, we're both not afraid to kill people," Negan said, holding out his glass of lemonade to me.

"I don't want your lemonade," I snapped, pulling my knees up to my chest.

"Fine, be that way. Simon said you were starting to get sassy. Might I remind you what happened last time you ran that mouth?" I clenched my jaw, staring at him with a glare so harsh that it would pierce his skin if looks could kill.

"I want to see Gabriel," I said before some snippy remark could slip out.

"Fine. I'll get Dwight up here to take you. Your lost, darling. This lemonade tastes amazing," Negan shot me a smirk, standing up with his bat in hand. Minutes later, Dwight appeared in my doorway. I sprung up from the bed, rushing over to him.

"Is he okay?" I asked.

"He'll be fine. Hopefully," Dwight nodded as we walked. He became silent, and so did I.

"You did it, didn't you?"

"Did what?" Dwight shot me a confused look.

"Betrayed them. I could see it on your face whenever someone mentioned it," I informed him, looking up at him.

"I didn't. It wasn't me," Dwight said, causing a scoff to escape my lips.

"Really, Dwight? You seriously think I would taddl eon your when if benefits my group?" I shot him one of my smirks when he glanced down at me.

"Maybe I did do it. What's it to you?"

"I can trust you, right?" I questioned.

"Yes," he nodded.

"Good. Do you trust me?"

"Not really," Dwight said honestly. I let out a small chuckle, a grin forming on my face.

"Let me out, Dwight. Say I hit you unexpectedly. I can give you a bruise if you'd like," I offered. He came to a halt, which had me stopping too.

"Are you trying to get me to help you escape?" Dwight asked, raising an eyebrow at me.

"I guess you could put it like that," I shrugged.

"Okay."

"Okay? Wow, that was quick," I said, giving him a small smile.

"Make sure to hit me hard enough," Dwight said after a moment of silence. I nodded, raising my fist and slamming it down on his cheekbone. He stumbled back slightly, hand flying up to his face on instinct as a few curse words flew out of his mouth.

"Damn, for such a small girl you sure hit hard," Dwight groaned, rubbing his sore cheek.

"Thanks. Now, get out of here," I said, holding my hand out for him. He took it, shaking it firmly. He pulled away, reaching into his hollister and pulling out his gun.

"Take it. Fully loaded," Dwight explained, holding it out. I took it gratefully.

"Thanks. And Good luck." I nodded thankful for all his help.

"You too," he noted and I turned on my heels, taking off in a fast walk. I had one chance to do this right and one chance only. If I screwed this up, well, then I had no idea what to do. My head wiped around in every direction when I heard gunshots firing and was instantly on alert. They were faint, but I could still hear them. I took off in a sprint, darting around corners until I saw an exit door. The light was bright and hurt my eyes as I opened it, but I didn't have much time before I was covering my head. Gunshots flew around me and I quickly jumped into action, running towards the gate.

One gunshot flew past me, grazing the side of my arm but I was that it was only a graze and not lodged into my arm. I bent my knees, trying to stay as low as I could to avoid not being shot again. That didn't end well the first time and I had no intentions of trying it again.

"Aurora?" I squinted, my arm over my eyes as I turned around. There stood a figure in the distance and from far away, I couldn't make out who it was but I recognized the voice.

"Rick!"

"Rori, over here! Quick!"  Rick shouted, pointing his gun up and being to fire back. Without a second thought, I ran to him. Relief coursed through my veins as I got close enough to make out his facial features. "In the car now."

"Okay," I breathed out, swinging my body into the backseat of a silver car. Carol sat in the driver's seat with a fatter man in the passenger. Rick dove into the back beside me, gently placing his hand over my hand when the windows shattered.

"Go!" Rick yelled and Carol pressed on the gas peddle. "They got out. It hasn't been long. We have to warn everybody. They're gonna hit back," Rick told the two.

"We can get the cars near the East lookout and split up. Good to see you, Rori," Carol said, her eyes focused on the road ahead.

"You two," I nodded, taking a few deep breaths.

"Might have to find other rides. Snipers probably used theirs to get away. I'm Jerry, by the way," the man, Jerry, directed the last part at me.

"Rori."

"I don't think they got away," Rick said gruffly.
