Natalie is sitting in an armchair in their motel room. Her legs are dangling over the side and she's snapping her hair tie repeatedly. Sam is sitting on the couch and researching while Dean sits on the bed and is eating chili cheese fries and he has the radio playing.

"Dude. You mind not eating those on my bed?" Sam asks.

"No, I don't mind." Dean puts a handful in his mouth. Natalie turns around and takes the chance with Dean looking down. She pulls the hair tie back before letting it go and it flies at Dean, flinging into his face.

"Nat!" Dean yells. She simply shrugs, turning away from him, not caring about his glare. "How's research going?"

"You know how it's going? Slow. You know how it would go a hell of a lot faster? If I had my computer." Sam says. Dean nods and hums. "Can you turn that down, please?"

"Yeah, absolutely." Dean turns the volume up, both twins rolling their eyes.

"You know what? Maybe, uh, maybe you should just go somewhere for a while." Sam suggests.

"Hey, I'd love to. That's a great idea. Unfortunately, my car's all screwed to hell." Dean says.

"You know, there's these things called legs. Maybe you should think about using them." Natalie loudly suggests. "And we told you, we had nothing to do wi--" She's cut off by a knock on the door.

Sam goes over and answers the door while Dean turns the music off when Bobby walks in.

"Hey, Bobby." Sam greets.

"Boys, Nat." Bobby greets.

"Hey, Bobby." Dean says.

"Hi." Natalie smiles.

"It's good to see you again so soon." Bobby says.

"Yeah, uh, thanks for coming. Come on in." Sam says.

"Thank God you're here." Dean says.

"So, um, what didn't you want to talk to me on the phone about?" Bobby asks.

"It's this job we're working. We-- we weren't sure you'd believe us." Sam says.

"Well, I can believe a lot." Bobby says.

"Yeah, no, no, it's just... we've never seen anything like it." Sam says.

"Not even close." Dean says.

"And we thought we could use some fresh eyes." Sam says.

"Well, why don't you begin at the beginning?" Bobby suggests.

"Yeah, um, all right." Sam nods. He motions for Bobby to sit down. Bobby moves an empty takeout tray and sits on the corner of the bed.

"So, it all started when we caught wind of an obit." Sam says. "See, a professor took a nosedive from a 4th story window, only there's a campus legend that the building's haunted. So, we pretended to be reporters from the local paper."

"Yeah, we both had the professor for ethics and morality." Curtis tells the twins.

"Yeah? So, why do you think he did it?" Sam asks.

"Who knows?" Jen shrugs. "I mean, he was tenured, wife and kids. His book is, like, a really big deal. Then again... who's to say it was suicide?"

"Jen, come on." Curtis scoffs.

"Well, what else would it be?" Sam asks.

"Well, you know about Crawford Hall?" Jen asks.
