The Slenderman's Mansion....

//Narrators POV//

The clocked eye woman sat at the kitchen table with the twitching man.

The woman sloppily ate her cereal as the man read a book, well was trying to, if I were to be honest he didn't know half of the words.

"So, the new proxy...what's she like?" Clockwork spoke up, it had been akward for the both of them after they're "break up".

They weren't really dating, but they definitely were something. Let's just say the woman didn't know how she felt, but in the end the boy realized he didn't need a lover and the woman loved women...not men.

"...cool I guess." He muttered, trying to concentrate on the book. It was a Steven King novel, The Green mile specifically.

(I've read it five times, it's really good and never gets old.)

"Cool? Okay I'll be straight up, is she one of those weaklings that can't do anything right or is she top shit?" She asked, pushing her bowl away. "Top shit sychotic." Toby corrected, he gave up on reading and closed Tim's book.

Toby liked to take Tims things, in this case his new fad was books.

"Hmp, You guys could definitely use another proxy." Clockwork sighed, leaning back in the old chair.

Unlike many days, that day had a calm evening, everyone using it as a time to catch up on much needed sleep or just be out away from eachother doing what they dearly loved. These killers didn't enjoy eachothers company, they didn't enjoy life, they were forced to live among one another by, you guessed it.

The boss of the group.

The Slenderman took in theses killers and convinced them that he was "helping" them when really, he just needed more workers for his small little Mafia business. Taking down wealthy humans for they're greedy master, just so he could have a higher rank in the human world. Being a creature in the woods since the 1700's got boring, yeah, scaring and killing kids was fun but he wanted to see what the glory of being a human was.

And it was money.

The creature was decent, before the great depression and WW1 where it got to see the true horrors of the human race. Children would run off to the woods and never come back, falling victim to the hungry monster.

In his mind, eliminating the new ones would save the world once the older humans died out...in his way he was just trying to protect his land like a Shepard to his sheep.

Anywho.

Three of the  proxies sat in they're one big room with a total of two bunks beds, sleeping, while the leader of the group went over plans for collecting the newest member.

The pets of the house, Smile.Jpg and Grinny cat were in they're own little worlds terrorizing kids and teens on the web with the deformed Link, known as BEN.

The eyeless man worked silently in the basement, cutting up meats and organs on his special little table while his over sized pet watched patiently.
Seedeater knew that what his companion was doing was important for both of their sakes, so he stayed quiet with the occasional clicking abrupting from his throat time to time.

Usually the manners residents would be out, living in shitty apartments or even spending time in prison for their sins waiting to get magically broken out. But this year was slow, the peak of COVID-19 slowed business down by a lot. So, the members of the organization stayed either in they're cabins or were forced to retreat back to the main safe house which was the Slender Mansion.
