"I said no, Leo! Your mother and I have some important matters to attend and your Godmothers are busy with their school while your Godfather is busy with his business" Fion said sternly to his son who wants to go out to the mall.
"B-b-but you awl shaid I'm the bosh here, sho why can't you awl take me" Leo said, fighting the tears that are begging to escape from his eyes.
"Leo, baby. Listen to mommy. Your dad and I are about to get married, that's why we are busy and cannot accompany you. We would love to take you along with us, but you would just get tired in the middle of the day and there's still so many things we have to do. Can you just be a good boy this time and stay here patiently?"
Leo didn't even listen and just bawl her eyes out. He understand and love the idea that his parents are now tying the knot, but he doesn't love the idea of being alone. He's still scared to be alone. Just then, the door came open and a confuse Risa enter the room. She didn't know why their boss is crying, but it seems like she walk into some family argument. And though she want to give the three some space she just can't bear to see their boss bawling his eyes out.
"I'm sorry to interrupt you guys, but what seems to be the matter here?"
"He wants us to take him to the mall, but we have a meeting with the organizer today." Fion said, letting out a deep sigh
"That's not a problem. I can take him with me" Risa said almost enthusiastically. She could help some distraction after all.
"No, Risa. You have a research defend coming up, you have to focus on that" Fion said, massaging his temple. They are already getting late on their meeting and they are still not over the topic. Risa just rolled her eyes before answering her friend.
"I think the coming wedding is really taking a toll in you man. It's December and we just had our research defend earlier. Didn't I complain to all of you yesterday how I hate that we are the first one to defend, but it seems like it was a blessing in disguise because I can now have a Godmother-Godson time with our boss baby"
"You're spoiling him so much, Risa" complained Fion, which made Risa put a smirk on her face
"Blame my parents for not giving me siblings"
The two started bickering once again which made Lilian giggle. She always find it amusing when the two argue because they just look like siblings and though Fion wont admit it, she knew that her fiancee is also happy to bicker with Risa.
"Please, Lilian. Let me take Leo. I promise he won't have any scars when we return home" Lilian can't say no to Risa and Fion knows it so he just let an exasperated sigh before telling Leo to behave himself.
The mall was filled with christmas lights and had played a playlist of christmas songs. The Godmother and Godson are now walking hand in hand while roaming around looking for something fun to play, something delicious to eat, and something nice to buy as a present.
While walking and entering different stores, Risa saw a directioner key chain which made her remember a certain brunette. She didn't even hesitate to buy it, thinking it would be a great present to give to her friend.
"Ma, I'm already tired" complained Leo. They were playing non stop in the children's corner.
"Alright, I'm sorry. Do you want to go home now or you still want to eat?" Risa asked, bending herself a little to met Leo's eyes
"I want to go home now if you don't mind"
Risa smiled and nod at her boss' request. They were now walking on the parking lot when suddenly a firm hands grab Risa's arms. Her eyebrows meet together as she see the person in front of her.
"What do you want?" Risa asked, confused of the guy's appearance
"You're the one I want baby" The guy's companion laugh at his friend's tactic
"Seriously, Greg? That's how you get a girl?" his companion's asked him still laughing
"Oh, please! She's a dyke. A disgusting gay. I think she just need a dick to know how girls should only be attracted and fall in love with girls" Greg said, looking at Risa with so much disgust
"Oh, please! I think your parents didn't raise you well. Clearly, they forgot to tell you that love is for all" Risa rebutted
"What? I'm confused. What do you mean gay, she has a son right there" Greg's companion said, pointing at Leo. Risa immediately stand in front of the little boy to hide him.
"You have a son? How did it feel to fuck a guy. Do you want a repeat?"
Risa felt chills all over her body, hearing what Greg have said. It wasn't even helping when the guy have started to caress Risa's arms in a filthy way. The woman yank his hands and the rejection was enough for Greg to pin Risa in the car and strangle her neck. Leo didn't quiet understand what's happening, but he surely knows her ma is in an argument with the bad guy.
"Let my ma go" the little guy said, kicking Greg's feet with his little toes. Greg didn't listen though, instead he kicked Leo on the stomach causing for the little guys to fly and fall with a thud
Red. That was Risa saw right after she hear Leo's painful cry. Before she knew it, Greg was now in the ground with her on top punching the hell out of the guy. Greg's companion didn't care, he doesn't want to get in trouble so he decided to leave the premises and leave them be. But of course, his lips would never be sealed in front of his friend's girlfriend.
