After Risa sent a message to Fion, she sit on the chair, looking blankly at the wall. She hates herself for falling in love with her best friend and she even blame herself for putting Leo into danger. The boy refused to even let out a single word. Risa felt so hopeless and tired so she decided to close her eyes. After a minute or so Fion's panic voice has welcomed the station.
"Is there a 4 years old boy here? His name's Leo and-" Before Fion could continue what his saying, the officer pointed at the two people behind him. It was Risa with Leo, sleeping in her lap. The moment Fion saw the bruise in his little boy's stomach, he saw red.
"Risa" Fion said sternly with a hint of coldness in his voice. Risa woke up only to see Fion with a disappointed look. The two didn't say a single word ever since they left the station and when they finally arrived, Risa knew that all hell break lose.
"What the hell happened, Risa!" Fion said right after he passed his son to his fiancee. Lilian couldn't help but cry, seeing the state of her son and this made Risa felt guilty. The whole squad gather in the living room, waiting for Risa to speak but the woman was so tired to even explain. She have been explaining ever since she arrived at the station and everything was just taking a toll on her.
"I'm sorry" is all she ever said, wiping the tears that escape from her eyes.
"You promised to not let my son have a single scratch and now look what you have done!" Fion shouted, pointing the bruise that was plastered on his son. The loud voice of his dad, made Leo open his eyes and what he saw made him feel anger build inside him.
"Fion, calm down!" Brian said, calming his friend, but the man was so out of the world to care
"It's easy for you to say it because it's not your son who's covered with bruises! Tell me, Risa did you let this happen to my son because deep inside you can't really accept that I now have a son!?" Fion said, not minding the words that went out in his mouth
"Fion!" Lilian shouted, making all of them flinch. This is the very first time they have heard the woman shout.
"I'm sincere when I said that I'm happy for you for finding your happiness and I'm really sorry for breaking my promise. God knows how much I blame myself for what happened to him but if you asked me what happened I'm more sorry that I can't tell you guys about it. Think whatever you want to think of me, I'm so done of begging people not to leave anyway." Risa said before going into her room.
"What the hell did you do!?" Annie said, pushing him into the sofa before following her best friend only to be stop by Brian, telling her to let the morena have some time for herself.
"Come on, Leo let's treat your wounds" Fion said grabbing his son's arm only to be yank by Leo
"DON'T TOUCH ME!" Leo shouted that made all of them look at him with wide eyes. Leo's eyes was filled with anger that even his own parents almost didn't recognized him.
"I HATE YOU, DAD! SO MUCH YOU'LL EVER KNEW!" He said, pointing his finger into Fion
"LEO, DON'T YOU DARE SPEAK TO YOUR FATHER LIKE THAT!" Lilian shouted, looking at her son with a warning look which made the boy cry remembering the warning look that Greg had gave him.
"NO! I hate you all for hurting ma and for not believing in her! You don't deserve her nor the song she made for the two of you!" Leo said walking out from them and stand outside Risa's room. They all looked at the boy who was knocking frantically at his Godmother's door.
"Ma, please let me in. I know they were the bad guys so you don't have to hide. I don't know what gay nor what a dyke is but I still love you and I believe in you" Leo said, whispering the last part. He was crying nonstop begging for Risa to open the door but that latter was just too tired from crying and she doesn't really know how to face the boy nor her friends. She still blamed herself for everything that happened.
On the other hand, the squad's eyes went wide when they hear the word gay and dyke came out from their baby boss' mouth.
"What the hell is happening! Brian did you know of this!?" Fion said, looking at his two friends. He can't believe he was being out in the limelight.
"I'm sorry. It was really not our business to say, but now that all of this happened. Maybe its time you both know. Yes, Risa is gay and she like this girl, Maeve. But right now, I'm not really sure what happened" Brian explained, sitting on the couch.
"Thank you, love. You're the best!" Annie said and ended the call she had with her boyfriend.
"Annie, I don't think its time for some lovey dovey. We have a problem here" Fion said, looking at his fiancee who's now treating his son's bruises. Lilian also refused to talk to him. After all that Risa have shown to the both of them, Lilian couldn't believe he could say those words to Risa.
"And that's exactly what I'm doing! Unlike you, I don't go straight into conclusion!" Annie said with so much venom that made Fion embarrassed. He admit that what he said was so low, but he was just so upset.
"Anyway, Christian is good with hacking devices. I told him something might have happened in the parking lot of the mall where Risa and Leo have been and he said he'll look into it" Annie said and check her phone when it indicates that she received a message.
"As a matter of fact, he just found something and he's on his way to show it"
