Shigaraki dodged it as Beru destroyed the entire building with his attack while Shigaraki tried to get away from Beru who was hunting him like Shigaraki was his prey.
Of course, Beru won't kill Shigaraki since he doesn't want to repeat the same mistake he almost did with Cha Hae-In, S-Ranked Hunter whom has romantic feelings for Sung Jin-Woo.
