The Cuphead Show: Red Rose Edition

Episode 32: Dead Broke

One day, in the cottage, Red Rose walks down the path and to the door so she can visit today. Red Rose knocks the door, and Elder Kettle answers.

"Hi Red Rose, are you here to visit the boys?" Elder Kettle asks.

"Yeah. Are the boys home?" Red Rose replies with a smile.

"Sure. I think they're up stairs in their room," Elder Kettle says.

"Okay. I'll see myself up," Red Rose says.

"Of course, you and the boys have fun out," Elder Kettle says.

"Thanks," Red Rose says.

Red Rose walks inside the building, walks up the stairs, and down the hall.

Red Rose walks to the door and says, "Cuphead! Mugman! You guys wanna hang out?!"

She then opens the door to see the boys, but to her surprise, she sees the boys fighting and rolling around in their room again.

They both come to a stop, and Cuphead angrily says, "I'm sick of you always touching my stuff!"

They also fight and come to a stop.

Then Mugman angrily says, "Yeah? Well, I'm sick of your face!"

The boys continue fighting and they fall to the floor.

Red Rose sternly says, "Boys! Boys!"

Cuphead and Mugman come to a stop and see Red Rose.

"Oh hi Red Rose," Cuphead says.

"How are things going?" Mugman asks.

"Doing good," Red Rose says.

Then asks, "Are you guys fighting again?"

"We are," Mugman says.

Suddenly, Cuphead feels the wing.

Cuphead shouts, "Hey! Close the window! You know I hate fighting when it's drafty."

But Mugman notices, "It ain't open."

And the window is not open.

"Well, then where's that wind coming from?" Cuphead asks.

Red Rose feels the chill she has as well," You're right. There is a sudden chill.

Just then, the wind whooshes the three away with a yelp, "Whoa!"

They three scream as the wind swirls them around in the room. Then the wind comes to the stop and they drop to the floor. And suddenly, a white sheet begins to float as it glows blue and a face appears. The ghost makes moaning sounds.

The boys panic, "A g-g-ghost!" and hide behind Red Rose

Soon, the ghost removes the sheet to reveal Chalice and says, "Boo"

The boys scream and fall to the floor, and Chalice begins laughing.

"Chalice?" Cuphead replies.

"So it's true," Red Rose says.

And Mugman adds, "You really are a ghost."

"I told you so. Now fork it over," Cuphead says, and presents his hand to Mugman.

Mugman then gives Cuphead a dollar.

"Ghost? How many ghosts you know can do this?" Chalice questions.

She then changes to the living form and begins tap dancing and finishes with a jazz hands.

"So, not a ghost," Mugman says, and takes his money back.
