Chapter Thirty Two

Aanya pov

I woke up feeling confused by his behaviour last night I still couldn’t find the real reason behind all of this….. I saw him sleeping besides me peacefully holding my waist……. I remembered I still need to talk with neha di about why she is lying….. I tried to remove his hand from my waist but I felt him tightened his hold pulling me under him….. “Let me go” I said frustrated by his behaviour…… “no let’s sleep for some more time it’s Sunday” he said hugging me……

I sighed irritated “get off me raghav I need to use washroom” I said annoyed…… I saw him opening his eyes looking at me for few seconds before letting me go…. I got up from bed and went to washroom did my morning routine…… I wore an saree and went down saw Noone was there it was around 8. 0clock in the morning…… I walked towards the kitchen when I entered there I saw the same old lady who took aarti when I first came here…..


“Good morning beta” she said smiling brightly at me….. “Good morning” I said softly not knowing her name…. “You are up early today beta” she said while I stood there quietly….. She looked at me “Ohh sorry dear I am Lakshmi I work for singhania as house head” she said smiling…… “hello lakshmi ma i am Aanya” I said looking at her…. “I know beta are you hungry let me cook something for you” she asked looking at me….

“If you don’t mind can I cook Lakshmi ma” I asked her nervously….. I saw her face broke into an bright smile “of course beta let me help” she said smiling widely….. Soon we both started preparing breakfast while lakshmi ma told me the likes and dislikes of singhania…… after two hours we finished preparing breakfast and we were having hot tea in kitchen when we heard……

“What is special today Lakshmi it smells so good” we heard rajiv uncle said walking inside the kitchen….. When he saw me his eyes flashed surprised look while he kept looking at me and lakshmi ma…. “Ohhh today Aanya beta cooked breakfast” Lakshmi ma said smiling…… I saw Rajiv uncle grasp and he smiled widely “then what are we waiting for let’s have breakfast” he said smiling widely….. Soon lakshmi ma helped me to place the dishes in the dining table…. I started serving rajiv uncle while he took an bite and he grinned widely looking at me…..

“Its amazing Aanya beta we are so lucky to have an daughter in law like you” he said while I smiled at him….. I served him more when raghav came down and sat in the dining table….. I looked for lakshmi ma who is no where to be seen so I started serving him…. While rajiv uncle kept looking at his son….. Raghav started eating the food without saying anything while rajiv uncle looked at him curiously…..

“Did you like the breakfast today raghav??” rajiv uncle asked looking at his son who is looking confused…… “yes dad it taste delicious what special today why Lakshmi ma cooked different food” raghav asked looking at his father…… “Ohh nothing special she tried something new” rajiv uncle said smirking at him….. Soon it’s time for dessert I served them Payasam when raghav took an first bite he moaned…..

I saw rajiv uncle grin widely “it taste so amazing right son??” he asked raghav…. Who was busy eating the Payasam “yes dad it’s so amazing” he said...... “Don’t you think we should appreciate and gift the person who cooked this food” rajiv uncle said grinning while Lakshmi ma walked towards the dining table….. “Ofcourse dad” raghav said and turned to lakshmi ma and looked at her….

“Thank you so much for delicious breakfast lakshmi ma” raghav said with small smile…… “why are you thanking me raghav beta you should thank your wife who cooked all this” lakshmi ma said smiling…. While he turned and looked at me surprised then he grinned widely at me…. I stood there nervously when he got up from the chair walked towards me…. He stood in front of me started leaning near my face I looked at him stunned what the hell he is doing……

I felt his lips touch my cheek while I grasped in shock because of his sudden kiss…. “Thank you so much for the delicious breakfast wifey” I heard him whisper near my ears huskily…… when he pulled away I saw rajiv uncle and lakshmi ma looking at us grinning widely while I turned red blushing…….
