Chapter Fourty Two

Aanya pov

For the rest of the day I tried to concentrate on the work….. After that whole fiasco in cafeteria I saw the whole office turned quiet….. When the time came to leave I went out from my cabin taking the elevator I reached the lobby…… I was about to call the driver when I felt someone hold my waist I turned and saw raghav standing besides…… what the hell when did came here I looked at him stunned…..

“Lets go love” he said started walking towards the car…. All the while I saw the people looking at us curiously….. I got into the passenger seat while raghav drove the car neither of us said anything through the whole ride….. We walked inside the mansion together I saw rajiv uncle and lakshmi ma discussing something…. When they saw us they stopped talking I was about to walk away to our room…. But Raghav pulled me towards them……


We stood in front of them  while raghav had this stupid grin on his face….. “Why don’t you tell them the good news love” raghav said smiling…. While rajiv uncle and lakshmi ma looked at us frowning confused…… “what is it son??” rajiv uncle asked looking confused….. “Don’t be shy love” raghav said grinning at me I glared at him…… “dad, lakshmi ma we are pregnant you are going to be grandfather” raghav said grinning widely….

I saw there face turned into shock and smile broke looking so happy….. Rajiv uncle pulled me into hug “ohhh aanya beta you made me so happy” he said hugging me…… I heard lakshmi ma say “I am going to make lots of sweet and special dinner for aanya”….. She said with happiness and excitement I was feeling hurt inside seeing there happy faces….. They don’t know how raghav blackmailed and forced me…. I gave them an fake smile trying to look happy…..


Next few hours lakshmi ma made me eat lots of fruit and food….. By the time I came to our room I was so full I sat in the bed sighing…… I was in deep thoughts when I heard raghav “what are you thinking baby doll??” he said sitting infront of me….. I looked at him irritated why can’t he leave me alone for few minutes…. “What do you want??” I said sighing…..

“Tell me what did doctor told you I will book an appointment with the best doctor” he started saying but I cut him off…… “stop right there i am fine with my doctor I don’t want anyone new” I said annoyed….. “I want best for our child baby doll” he said looking at me….. I glared at him “I want that too but that doesn’t mean I will agree to the doctor of your choice” I said coldly….. “Fine now tell me” he said looking at me…. I showed him my report which I have hid it in the room…..

“I have an ultrasound on Wednesday” I said looking at him while he kept staring at the report…… I stood there waiting for him to react but still he kept looking at the report….. What the hell is wrong with him I thought looking at him….. “Raghav??” I called him when he finally looked at me or exactly on my stomach….. I saw him walking towards me kneeling down infront of me….

I looked at him stunned thinking what the hell is he trying to do….. All the sudden he kissed my stomach pulling me….. “Hi baby I am your dad” he said kissing my not so visible pregnant stomach….. I grasped hearing his words definitely he is having mood swings I thought looking at him….. “What are you doing raghav??” I said looking at him stunned….. “Shhh I am talking with my baby” he said still holding and looking at my stomach……


That night I slept in the bed while raghav holding me closely not letting me go….. Next morning I woke feeling fresh after an good sleep and I was about to go to bathroom when I heard raghav groaning….. A smile laced in my lips I went in and helped him with morning sickness…. “What is wrong with me??” raghav said groaning in pain….. While I hid my smile and gave him water he still doesn’t know anything about morning sickness…..

After helping I took bath and walked into the closet damn this clothes are getting tight for me….. I wore an front slit kurti and pant then got ready braiding my hair…. I walked down for breakfast and saw raghav sitting there grumpily…… lakshmi ma brought an special breakfast for me…. I started eating happily while I felt someone looking at me…. I saw raghav looking at me or specifically my plate then only I noticed he was having porridge……


“Why are you not eating raghav??” rajiv uncle asked looking at him….. “I want coffee lakshmi ma” he asked looking away from me….. Soon lakshmi ma brought coffee for him I saw him eagerly took the cup smelling the fresh coffee….. All the sudden he kept the cup and rushed from the dining table while everyone looked at him curiously….. “What happened to him why he is still sick??” rajiv uncle asked worriedly….

While lakshmi ma kept looking at me “aanya beta did your morning sickness started??” she asked me…..i nodded negatively after few seconds she started giggling “now I understand why he is sick” she said making me giggle…. While rajiv uncle looked at us weirdly after few seconds he started grinning looking at me….. “He didn’t know about morning sickness didn’t he??” Rajiv uncle said grinning at me….. After breakfast raghav drove us to office then I walked to my cabin opening the door what I saw shocked me…..
