Chapter 22: For the Future

Okay, I don't know anything about uni so if there was anything wrong with what I write, please let that go.
Also I am not trying to offend Daniel or any of you from his height. He is one of my favourite actors and I do not care how tall he is!!

It was the beginning of July, the weekend before the last week of my last year of Secondary school. Em and I had our graduation and we received double-dux of our year which we were certainly happy for. As for uni, I applied for University College London, Imperial College and Cambridge University and University California Los Angeles just for a try and I was accepted into all of them. I was thinking of going to Imperial College and then go to either Cambridge or UCLA for a year as an exchange student. But I think I'll visit each of the universities (if I could) before the beginning of the year after next and make my final decision. Em got accepted into Brown University in America and she was planning come back for the last year to go to Oxford where she got accepted into as well. The fact that Brown and Oxford were sister schools made it easier for her. But both of us were going to take a gap year to complete filming the Deathly Hallows, which will start filming in mid-September.

Half-Blood Prince was completed and now it was at the point where the special effects are added and all the scenes were being edited.

Right now, I was at Dan's flat supposedly "learning our lines" for Deathly Hallows but we just on the floor in the nicely cooled room, talking (we did go through some lines though). His flat was located between the centre of London and the studio and it was massive.

'I honestly can't believe it's been nine years already.' He said, flipping over the pages of the script absentmindedly. The thickness of the script for theist movie had doubled. Like literally, we had about 400 pages for the other movies and now we've got 800. That's more pages than the book Order of the Phoenix. Luckily it not all lines we have to say; it's the script for the whole movie, meaning that there'll be lines for other actors and there are "instructions" to tell us where or how to move around.

'Yeah.' I said, staring at the wall in front of me. 'I'll break down as soon as we finish the last scene.'

'I reckon you would too. With like Emma.'

'Oh I bet you all four of us will.'

'Actually, yeah.' He laughed.

'But I'll tell you, even though they said 200 days of filming this's going to take twice the length of that.'

'True true. Very true. But I hope it does though. We can see each other for longer.'

'That'll be amazing actually.'

'Yeah.' He laughed. 'Is Tom okay with this?'

'With what?'

'Leaving you alone with me? With another man?'

Tom was at an interview in London at the moment. Em was out with Matt, Rupert was busy with practising his stage play, all the others were doing something except for Dan and I so we just decided to meet up. Tom should be back soon and he too would come to Dan's.

I laughed. 'He trusts you, and I trust you so.'

He cracked a smile. 'Thanks.'
