Chapter 28: Music and Preparation

There were more people than I thought there would be on the observatory.

'Morning!' Bonnie said cheerfully as she, Evy, Matt L, Freddie, Dan, Rupert, Em and Matt G came up to us.

'Morning.' We said back, smiling as I was crashed into by her.

'You two were late.' Rupert wriggled his eyebrows.

Tom scrawled at him. 'There's another hour and a half.'

'You were later than us.'

'Why are your eyes a bit puffy?' Em asked, looking at my eyes carefully. 'Tom -?'

'I did nothing!' He exclaimed. 'It was Robert!'

'Robert? Robert Pattinson?'

'Yes!'

'How did he come into this?' Matt L said.

'Hang on...' Em said slowly. 'Were you watching the Goblet of Fire?'

I nodded.

'Ohhhhh.' Em laughed.

'Yeahhh.'

'So stop blaming everything on me!'

'He won't do anything to make her cry.' Bonnie, who still had her arms around me and mine around her, said.

'Thank you!' Tom sounded relieved.

'Hey, do you guys want to have breakfast?' Evy asked.

'Yeah I don't see why not.' Dan said.

'I'm starving!' Rupert exclaimed and everyone laughed.

So the ten of us settled ourselves on one of the larger tables.

'You're a good hugger.' Bonnie said to me on the way.

I laughed. 'Uh - Thanks?'

I sat in between her and Tom and Em was across me between Matt G and Evy. The breakfasts here were buffets.

'The usual routine?' Matt L asked.

'The what?' Freddie looked confused.

'Half of us goes get our food while the other waits.' I explained.

'Right.' Freddie nodded.

'Lets go then!' Rupert jumped out of his seat and hurried over to the buffet with Dan, Evy, Matt L and Freddie followed.

'Now I feel like the fifth wheel.'

'Come on, we aren't that bad, are we?' Em said.

'Well... No.'

'Exac -' She burst out laughing in mid sentence because someone decided to scare me from behind and I jumped up into the air.

I whirled around to see him laughing. The other four, and the staffs, were laughing too. 'Kazunari!' I whined. 'Stop doing that every time!'
