My phone buzzes, and I glance down at it.

It's Sam... again.

I sigh, answering the call. "Sam--"

"Where the hell are you? I've been calling for an hour," he exclaims.

"I know," I sigh.

"Why weren't you picking up?"

"Sam... this is gonna be hard to hear, but this is my fault, okay? I didn't stop him before it was too late. I should've saw it coming, but I was too late. Then, I couldn't even use the one thing I have to help him," I sigh, as tears roll down my cheeks.

"No, Callie, this isn't your fault. I don't blame you. No one blames you."

"But I blame me, Sam. I can heal people for fucks sake! Yet, I didn't heal the one person who needed it the most. I could've pushed Dean out of the way. I could've done something, but I didn't," I exclaim.

"Where are you?"

"Don't worry about it. Just take care of Dean."

"Callie, please come back... I can't lose you too."

"I'm gonna fix this."

"How?"

"I don't know yet. Just focus on him, okay?"

"So this is it then?"

"Sam... I love you. I love you so much, and I don't want you to believe otherwise, but I need to fix this."

"We can fix this together."

"No...  Even if by some miraculous way, you find a way to heal him, I can't face him... Goodbye, Sam."

"No, Callie, don't--"

I close my cell phone, before dropping on the ground, smashing it with my boot.
